It wasnt a happy experience when my vehicle was in the body shop. A rental car from Enterprise was charged to my credit card account because AAA would not approve payment to Enterprise. I am a AAA member for over 50 years and have had rental car coverage all the time I insured my vehicles with AAA. AAA would not own up to their error and it took quite a while to get it cleared up with Enterprise and my credit card company. This was hard to believe because AAA originally made a reservation at Enterprise for the rental car for me. My advise is to make record of all names and phone numbers of persons you talk to at AAA whenever making arrangements for anything through AAA or just do it yourself.

He not only has be great at the AAA office, but has communicated with me via email with other options and information that might be helpful with my trip. Went to AAA to find out about airfare to Europe. Person at Travel section informed me that since I was looking for air only, I could do better if I book the flight on my own. This helped for future trips when I am looking for a complete package for travel.
