Posted 12/24/2014 - Galina made my travel arrangements for my trip to Moscow, Russia last Spring. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip due to a problem with my passport. Mainly, I had made a huge mistake and did not notice that my passport had already expired. This was completely my fault and the airline would not allow me to fly as a result. On top of my error, my airline ticket was "non-refundable". Not only could I not travel, but I was going to be out $1300.00. Distraught over this, I immediately contacted Galina. She said she would do her best to see if we could get a refund and get those dollars reassigned to a ticket to Moscow at a future date, assuming that I would resolve my passport issue. Thankfully, Galina was able to work some magic and get the funds transferred to new airline tickets later in the year. She really saved me from absorbing a tremendous loss. Ive been using AA Travel for several years and am extremely happy with their service. I now know that they are more than just ticket brokers and can deal with unusual situations that may arise. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs. - Katya E

Even if they got discounted airline tickets-Agents error caused me missed flight.Instead of enjoying my vacation time, I spent my first two days in different country. The owner was not apologetic, and could not explain what had caused the problem. She offered me NO further explanations or compensation. The agency cant give me back my planned vacation trip and they do not want to take responsibilities for their mistakes. I would not suggest working with irresponsible company.

The best travel agency I have traveled with. My connection flight got cancelled due to stike, one of the agents went out of her way to help and apent 3 hours on phone to put me on different airline. I will only be usung this agency from now on. And prices are better then any internet companies all together. Good job, girls. Highly appreciated
