We bought our Pueri Cantores(choir) trip to Italy from Corporate travel, this was one of the most unorganized tour Id ever been to. This company was totally unsynchronized with the tour operator in Italy and they seems to be having wrong information about our events venue/timing. They split our choir group into two and both were going to different places at different time and our group was missing performance/rehearsal while the other group was attending performance and rehearsal. First day we waited for 2 hours to enter opening ceremony but later told to go back to hotel as the “event already started”. Initially, I was told that the hotel will be close to Vatican but it was outside the city. They said amount of walking in this tour will be 15-20 minute everyday but it was well over 4 hours most of the days, apart from several hours of waiting in most places. They just dropped us in some point in the morning and picked up in the evening most of the days, probably they want to skimp on the bus cost. Tour guides were very inexperienced and were going back to hotel without everyone in their group. Breakfast and dinner was included in the cost of trip but the food they served was so bad that we ended up buying our food most of the days. For the amount of money we paid for this expensive trip we barely received any service in terms of food, accommodation or tours to any place. They seems to be having monopoly for booking Peuri Cantores/Vatican trip and probably laughing at the profit they make in heinous ways. If Id known about how unorganized this tour was, I wouldve taken my kid off of choir before long time.

I called to speak with an agent to book a vacation for my 20 year anniversary, and was overwhelmingly disappointed with the lack of attention or empathy given from Nick Cunningham. He did an intake on what we were looking for and told me hed get back to me the following week. Two weeks later, he still had not contacted me. For such a special occasion, I felt that a bit more acknowledgement of the occasion and empathy about its importance should have been taken a bit more seriously. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and implies to me that the company may not have its clients best interests at heart. I will not be using the services of this company ever.
