They told us they could only use full synthetic when changing the oil in our Chevy Malibu, making the price of the oil change $54.99; and once you switch the vehicle to fully synthetic you cannot switch back so from now on we will be paying more for oil changes. Then they never rotated our tires, so we went back and they said theyd take care of it. Yeah...the guy rotated 2 of our tires. Not all 4. My husband knew this because he watched through the glass the whole time. However, by this point our 11 month old baby was cranky so my husband let it go and luckily waited to tell me until we were half way home. >:( Grrr...

I had an oil change today with a brake fluid flush. 1.5 hrs I sat in a freezing cold waiting room. then I drove out to talmadge road to pic up my laptop and I notice a bunch of oil dripping under my car! I called them and they said to go to the one on Whitefird/ Monroe street. Just what I want to do at 4p on a Friday. I went there and they said the Perrysburg Midas forgot to tighten the drain plug. Great! Oil all over the place under my white car. These guys cleaned off the oil and had to add more. Not happy! But grateful the Monroe/Whitefird Midas was here.

I have 3 young children and a Honda Odyssey. My van was spic-n-span (I swear), but it smelled horrible one random morning. I thought something died!!! My husband suggested that I take it in to have the outside looked at to see if something died. They took me right away and didnt bat an eye at my odd request. They solved the problem in a short amount of time and charged me $0! Great fast and friendly service. I will definitely go back!

Went in for full synthetic oil change. Had appointment. Was quoted 30-45 minutes. Took 90 minutes. Even when they said "another 15-20 minutes", it was another 45 minutes. Charged $9.99 for extra quart of oil. Also tried to charge me for "shop supplies"?? They could not explain what that charge was but deducted it. No apology. Very disappointing experience.

I pulled in because my car had just started making a loud noise and this was the closest place to get it looked at. It turned out that a splash guard had come loose and was dragging on the ground. They fixed it very quickly -- I was in and out in less than 10 minutes -- and they didnt even charge me. The guys were so nice. I would highly recommend.

How do you feel compelled to get your car fixed when they treat your friends like garbage?. There is nothing wrong to owning up to a mistake, just make it seem like you truly care. I dont want someone working on my car and then brushing off a concern i might have. Definitely doesnt make me want your service. Fix your attitude before you fix a car.

Had a trailer tire go flat on me. Walked over from mcdonalds for assistance to see if they could help. Gentleman behind the counter was very rude and unwilling to help. Now with everywhere else closed I have to leave a family member behind so I can get assistance in bowling green. Wont be going to Midas for any vehicle maintenance in the future.

Nice group, fast service, but not above pulling the old school windshield wiper and air filter scam. If youre going to pop my air filters out, dont sprinkle leaves on them and think I wont notice youre trying to pull a fast one on me.

Brough my car in last week because my car was pulling very badly to the right they got me in very fast and the manager Jordan explained the possibilities of what it would be and they fixed the problem for a good cost. Will be back :)
