I will never go to this place again. These guys thought they could pull one over me because Im a young 30 something female! Wrong. I stopped in for an oil change and mentioned that I was noticing shaking in the front end when breaking and asked if they could take a look. I was told I needed all new rotors front and back. They also made it clear that they could not be turned and were nearly to the point of unsafe! I questioned him since I had them replaced a 1yr and 1/2 ago. His answer to me was "I dont know Im just telling you what we found". Needless to say I took my car to to mechanic my family has used for years and found out otherwise. He had my car all afternoon and inspected it from top to bottom. Everything was perfect. The shaking is from a steering column issue that is occurring in pontiac G6 models, which I am now having fixed. What a complete waste of my time. Oh by the way NTB gave me the estimate for having the rotors replaced, it was $451.00 wtf the actual cost from the mechanic, if I had/needed them replaced, would be $80 for the rotors + labor! NTB on Hudson Road = Jerks

I had some issues with my Mercury Mariner and after NTB changed my oil they then checked out my vehicle and drove it and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. They drove it and gave me a rough estimate of what was wrong as a favor. A huge favor. Then they suggested a Transmission specific business nearby (Jims and Sons) for me to take the car to that specializes in the type of fix that my Mercury would need because they said that even though they have a Ford Expert onsite that I would prolbably be better off with the Transmission specific business because they work on this specific issue more often. They even offered to fix the transmission issue for the same price as the other business because they have the same know-how but we stuck with Jim and Sons only because our vehicle was already there. Very confident in NTBs diagnostic and repair abilities and their waiting is pleasant and has multiple power outlets available for charging phones or laptops if need be. Free WiFi too!

Terrible! I dropped off a tire for a flat repair, expecting it to be done by the end of that business day. The guy that wrote me up said it would be done around 7 pm and they would call me. Well at 7:02 I checked my phone and noticed a missed call from 6:55 and no voicemail. I didnt know if my tire was done or not because of the no message, and when I tried to call back the phone rang and rang. I finally drove down there at 7:15 to see they were closed (nobody told me they closed at 7, I assumed they closed at 8 from the days I worked at a different NTB store). What terrible service, calling 5 MINUTES before closing and not leaving a message!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Double book appts and make you wait hours before they do work. Went in for tires, an hour and a half after the car went into the bay they told my wife it needed new brake pads and tie rods on a vehicle with 33,000 on it... It just got its 30,000 service at the dealer and nothing was wrong. Quoted my wife over $1,000 and told her it was a safety hazard to drive. I arrived over 2 hours after they pulled it in for tires and they still havent started on them. Had to argue to get vehicle back. Went to Firestone, in and out in an hour for 4 tires. Stated "nothing wrong, in great shape".

Horrible operation. You cant go in for an oil change without them telling you that you need to repair things that really arent broken and that itll cost $800-1000 to repair. I told them to not do anything and take it off the lift for me to just come back and get my car. They didnt take it off the lift until I was there where they, again, attempted to get me to pay them a lot of money to do things I didnt ask about. The manager then yelled at me and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Honestly, they are a joke of a business under the current management.

Ive been a customer at this store for over 5 years getting tires and oil changes. Recently I took my wifes car in and they tried to tell my that I needed over $3,000 in repaires. I was informed that it needed an all new suspenssion, 2 new bearings, 4 tires and new belts. This was all being pushed with their 12months same as cash. After taking it to two other shops I learned that only the bearings needed replaced. Ive spent thousands at this very ntb and this is how they repay me? I will never go here again!

I was trying to fill my tire this morning at sheetz and the air was leaking out faster than it was going in. NTB was the closest shop I could think of so I called them to see if I could go there and the man that answered told me to come down and hed fill my tire. That man likely saved my life because it was down to 6psi and I had to drive to north canton. He filled all of my tires at no cost! I didnt catch his name but I am so grateful for his kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Great experience here. I will always come back to this shop. Elmer and Mike are the mechanics who worked with me and showed me exactly what was causing the issues I was having and explained everything in a way I could understand. Jeff and Dan also gave me a fantastic quote on the work that needed to be done. That quote was much less (almost $100) than any of the other shops I visited for the same problem. I will most definitely be returning anytime I need a repair.

Terrible experience. They cant get the job done right the first time thus costing me more money. Even with the work they do actually do it still takes them forever. Terrible communication, if any at all, and poor quality work (that is the work they dont forget to do) especially for the gouging price! They even lied to my warranty company! Save yourself the headache and just keep driving past this place.

Paid over $800 for brake work because my brakes went out on a Sunday and needed my car the next day. Went back a couple weeks later for an oil change and they tell me I need my brake fluid flushed which was supposed to be done at the previous visit. They did it without charging me again but it shouldve been done. Just makes me wonder what else they charged me for but didnt actually do. I wont be back.

Do not go here. They are running a scam operation. Also they schedule about twice as many appointments per day as they should. Im sitting in the store currently waiting on a simple oil change for my wifes car. They told me it would take an hour. Now a little over the hour and the car is still sitting outside waiting to even make it in the garage. Never coming back. Wish I could give zero stars.
