Overall I would rate Elm Tree at a 3.5-4. Dino was really great to work with. He was extremely responsive and his food is amazing. We got soo many compliments on how well the food was prepared. I would have given the Elm Tree a higher rating, however, the bartenders that were provided were VERY unprofessional. They over poured EVERY single drink. The cocktails were half liquor (if not more), and half mixer with a little bit of ice. Some may think this is a good thing, but it is not when you provide your own alcohol and run out of things an hour into the reception. The one bartender seemed to be in complete party mode. He was passing out trays of shots to whoever asked, taking shots himself, etc. I was embarrassed and completely disappointed in his behavior. Another minor hiccup was that the bridal party (including bride and groom) did not have champagne on our table for the toasts. This was discussed and champagne was provided for this event. We still do not know where the champagne went. I hope this constructive criticism helps the Elm Tree so that they can better serve their future clients. Again, Dino is great and the food is amazing. I would book them for another event, minus the bartenders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone !!! Terrible experience. The food was outstanding but the owner is rude. Not only did I have to call him the week OF my wedding myself to find out what was going on , he tried talking me out of getting the upstairs, he told us we had to be at the reception at 430 pm to eat before everyone else , we got there at 430 and nothing was ready , we had to wait til 5 to eat. He talked to us like we were idiots, and the bartender was a complete jerk! He was rude, and over poured our drinks for the night. If we would have bought the recommended alcohol the owner told us to, we would have ran out within the first hr . NEVER again . Not worth the money , if instrested in their food id say look into a better hall with their catering .

The Elm Tree is a staple, quaint catering place that offers excellent services with a great staff. The hall is beautiful and offers enough room for large parties. All the parties Ive attended here were decorated beautifully and the diverse options of foods were tasty. With both the services and food overall the elm tree has never disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for any events. Wonderful staff and service I could not say enough!!

Great food, I could eat it all the time! Went to a wedding catered by this business and it was superb service and food. Fun people. Bartender Carl is great and very nice. Would recommend!
