Went in with a co-worker for a quick mani / pedi at lunch. They took a very long time, there were two people in before us with the same lunch plan but we were told there was no wait. They put us in the chairs but then did not actually start to give us a pedicure for about an hour. They were apologetic and offered to do big toe art work but no discount. The whole process ended up being almost three hours. During the pedi they cut my big toe and after two days my toe is now very infected and is oozing pus. My shellac manicure is also a disaster, after two days two nails have already just fallen off. No, I did not pick at them. I would go back in and demand them to fix this but I am way to afraid I will end up injured and infected again. This place is horrible for nails, stay away.

HORRIBLE! Thats the experience I had. I went in asking for a French manicure and even pointed to the picture on the wall of the French manicure to be sure the guy understood me, spoke hardly any English and just nodded his head at everything I said. HOLY COW! A five year old could have done a better job. I had them remove the French manicure and just paint it one light color. That was a disaster too. The heavy hand they used to put on the single color caused the polish to gather along the outer edges of my nails! I never saw that before. But, that wasnt the worst of it. When they did the pedicure, they cut the side of the nail. They are supposed to cut straight across. Well, needless to say, two of my toes got infected! Horrible place and horrible service. NEVER going back again!!

If I could rate less than 1 star I definitely would. And I wish I had read these reviews first. I went there for a fill and repair because one nail had broke. Worst fill I have ever seen. My nails were coming up at the edges she didnt sand them down and fill like you are suppose to. She didnt cut back my cuticles either. And the cracked nail I wanted her to fix she just glued it and filled it. It looked ridiculous. And of course my nails were like popping off a few days later because she didnt sand them down and fill them. I dont care if they have wine or put a hot towel on my hands and massage them. I just want my nails to look good when I leave. Epic fail on her part.

I had a cut and color done at this salon. It was amazing and turned out great!! Lyssa was great. I knew I wanted a change but was not sure exactly what. She did a great job and I get compliments on my hair daily! And the price was 1/3 to 1/2 the cost I had been paying at other salons!! I also talked my bf into getting a pedicure to take off all the calluses from his work boots. It took me years to talk him into it but now he is sold! His feet dont hurt and look great. He has agreed to get a pedi done regularly as long as I dont tell anyone and we go back to Pure. They were very nice and made him feel totally comfortable.

I had such a great experience today! I got my hair cut and it turned out fabulous. I cant remember the ladys name, but she was a doll. So sweet and listened to what i wanted and gave me suggestions about what i could do. I was in and out in an hour, she was fast yet precise. She even styled it exactly the way I wanted. I cant remember the last time a stylist asked how I wanted it styled afterwards. Oh and to top it all off, she came in an hour before the salon opened, just for me! Made me feel super special!

Ive been coming to this salon for 5 years now. Even though it has had a few different owners over the past few years, Ive always had a great experience. Every other salon Ive gone to my nails have never stayed on long and always broke and they always hurt me. Not once have I had a bad experience at Pure. Everyone has always been so friendly and sweet. I always recommend all of my fiends to come here and any time my friends want to get their nails done with me I take them to Pure.

I have been going to Pure Salon (Lisa) over the last year and every time have been SO SO happy with Lisas skill, good listening, good input, and amazing cuts! She is really relaxing, and good at what she does, and always uses really good products (Pureology conditioner!!!) when styling. The atmosphere there is also relaxing - feels both professional and family run. I keep recommending this place and hope that others discover its goodness!

I recently had a red carpet event to go to in New York and went to Pure for the works beforehand. The cut and color Lyssa chose for my hair was fantastic! She had me try a new pail polish that she said would not chip or peel. It was dry in minutes and three weeks later, other than the grow out, the polish still looks great with no chips or nicks. I am sold Lyssa! I will and do recommend this salon to everyone I know!

Lisa is WONDERFUL! I went in for a pedicure with a friend who had been going to Pure for a while. What great people and so nice and very good at what they do. I then called and made a hair appointment with Lisa, WOW! she was great. and I have refereed people there, and they also loved what she did for them. I recommend Pure to everyone I know. Thanks Lisa!

I would not recommend this place for nails. Last time I was there the girl was cutting my cuticles and ended up cutting a chunk of my skin resulting in a lot of blood. Decided to give them a second chance and my "deluxe" pedicure turned out really bad. Nail polish all over my skin. The quality of work is not worth their high prices.

I learned about Pure Salon and Nail Spa through a friend. Anne is the new owner and has all new nail technicians in the store. Its a very nice environment. I started my Christmas shopping with a gift certificate for a pedicure. Thank you Anne.

This is the third nail salon Ive been to in Beaverton and is by far the best. The salon is extremely clean and has a nice atmosphere. My nails were done perfectly. Ive found the salon of my dreams!

I needed a haircut badly. Marie gave me exacrly the cut I asked for and did it fast. If you are looking for a great mens do, ask for Marie. I also found the staff to be courteous and friendly.

I love this salon, theyve always done a great job and treated me very well. I brought my mom and sister in for the first time for full services and we all had a lovely time. Very great work!!
