I went here with my husband to have a haircut. Its a slow wednesday I was the only customer the time I arrived at the salon. So we were greeted by a lady with a curly hair and tan skin(as I can remember) I told her I want a haircut and she asked me if it was my first time there and I said yes. So she asked for my number for my information i assume so I told her my number i said it like in a fast way i guess cause suddenly she cut me off and was like "hold on waiiit.. can you repeat ot again?!" With attitude tone of voice. So in short she was rude and doesnt know how to treat a customer. I just brush it off and still decided to have a haircut even tho i was treated like that in front of my husband. Thank God the lady who cut my hair is another person shes the lady from Thailand. I love my haircut and only because of her i will give this review a 1 star. Also, there is a guy another customer who came and was entertained by the rude lady. The differece is that SHE DIDNT GIVE ANY ATTITUDE to the guy.Never coming back again.

2 tan skinned ladies that work there were so rude! My fiancé and I came in to get him a haircut on a Saturday 7-22-17. I understand we came in 13 minutes before it was closing and sure they were wanting to go home but we came from Port Angeles. Both had ugly attitudes, said they were about to close. Really they had 13 minutes and he only needed a trim. The lady that gave him a hair cut was pulling his hair really hard like she was mad. She finished in 5 minutes and the haircut wasnt that great. Id say theyre straight up Bs and dont deserve a star. Manager should replace them, thats how rude they were.

Any hairstylist shop is only as good as their stylists. I happen to know one regular one that I visit all the time. No comments positive or negative on others. The store has great business hours and walk in service, albeit a bit of a wait if without appointments ahead.

I cant decide if my stylist had a personal grudge against me or just never actually leaned how to cut hair. I asked her to trim off 4 inches and add layers.... My hair isnt even the same length. Its two inches shorter on the left side... I could have done better.

I went to get a haircut and turned out horrid like every time Ive gone. Although the people are nice, I can say that only 1 out of 8 times Ive gone here, my hair cut was terrible.
