I made an appt with Jenny (bayalage, deep conditioning, cut and style) on March 6th for an April 1st appt, sent her a picture of what I wanted done and a picture of my current hair, she said she could do what I wanted and made my appt, night before my appt I confirmed with her I would be there on time, I arrive to my appt a few mins early to see she had messaged me 25mins before my appt to change my time, so I ended up waiting close to an hour while she finished someone elses hair, she finally seated me and started on my hair, but was still working on another persons hair and mine at the same time, mind you she is the only person at this salon (she owns this location and has no employees) she is rushing back and forth between the two of us, she finally finished with the other person, other people with appts are coming in but she is running behind, as she is finishing with me and blow drying my hair, I notice my hair is orange/brassy and I told her I didnt like it and it was super brassy and needed her to correct it, she said she wanted to add more brown to my hair, I said no and I needed a toner, she stated she only had brown hair color and bleach and couldnt correct my hair(pretty sure she wouldnt correct my hair because she was behind and had other spots waiting) at this point Im beyond pissed, I have her finish flat ironing my hair, I pay and leave (no deep conditioning or haircut because she is rushing to get to her other appts), I now have to make another appt else where to fix my hair and spend more money, I shouldnt have had to pay for her messing up my hair, but I did unfortunately...please dont waste your time or money at this location. **Jenny is a very nice and polite person and she did offer to try and correct my hair the following week, but I made my appt with her a month in advance because I have a busy schedule and dont have time to come back in a few days and the damage has been done, there is no way Im letting her near my hair again**

I am indeed pleased with the results of my hair. All were great: hair cut, highlights, blow-dry, and conditioning treatment. High quality products were used, which is also clear by how healthy my hair looks and feels -shiny and silky smooth. Jenny, the hair stylist-expert was amiable, listened well to my hair requests, and made me feel comfortable from entering to leaving the salon. I recommend Jenny and Holiday Hair Salon to anybody seeking great customer treatment and great service for any styles of cut and color.

Worst experience EVER..!! Would never come here again besides i waited for ever to get my hair done it turn out bad. When i told Jenny i didnt want it like that she said come back next week and ill get it fix i said no and she then said i have to leave to an appointment ill come back within 3hours and ill dye your hair back to black.!! And she wanted me to pay of course i did. And i waited for her to come back but of couse took a long time and left to go somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE...!!!

I would not recommend this salon. The haircut/color/perm specials that are promoted might look attractive but keep in mind, you get what you pay for. I went in with healthy hair and came out with fried, frizzy ORANGE hair. As the bleach was left on for over an hour while the stylist ran back and forth between clients. I was so disappointed. Jenny may be a nice person but is not great at managing time, a clients needs or running a business. Sorry to say but, VERY unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE.

Had a bayalage done by Jenny today as a first time customer. She offered a deal on a FB group with some impressive pics of her work. Let me tell you how happy I am with the results! She did an amazing job and seems like a very patient and caring person. Highly recommend her services and I will definitely return for my next appointment. I read another review that wasnt so happy. Ignore that one. That person must have been way too high maintenance to slam such an amazing hair dresser.

I found Holiday Hair Salon through a buy, sell, trade site on Facebook. The owner Jenny was offering some great deals on permanent hair straightening. I have always wanted to try it. Jenny was great about answering all my questions, and very accommodating with my schedule. I had a great experience with her, and her co-worker that did my hair. I came from Marysville to have this appointment and will totally be going back for the rest of my hair needs.

Jenny was awesome! Super friendly & funny! She made me feel super comfortable..i hate getting my hair done normally. I showed her a few blonde pics from Pinterest and she nailed it! Her helper was great too! Theres nothing fancy about the shop itself but for the price of having great hair..u cant beat it! Id defiantly recommend holiday hair!

I know Jenny while she was attending at shoreline community college in 2008 she is very friendly and nice to other come along with great personality. After school I follow her to her salon for haircut and highlight I just cant believe that she is a great student with a higher G.P.A at school and also a great hairdresser at the beauty salon

I made an appointment a few days ago for today at 5pm. I showed up and the lights are off and the door is locked. I drove 45 minutes to get here and now I need to turn around and go back home without even getting my hair cut. Despite having an appointment, the sign on the door says they are open until 6:30pm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great prices, and great job!! Best hair coloring Ive ever had. The first color (before the highlight), took maybe 20 minutes for a full and even color. My stylist even stayed after closing to finish my hair, and accommodated a random schedule change the day of because I was sick. Love it there!
