When I first arrived the man at the counter was rude, we would ask him a question and he wouldnt answer it and ignore us. Some of the things he would say were confusing and I just wanted it to be clarified what I was being charged for, like I said he wouldnt answer it. So, we got our pick up truck used it came back we parked it in front of the uhaul building turned off the car me and my boyfriend hopped out about to go inside and a worker came out said if we were returning the truck, answered yes, then went on to say " could you guys go ahead and park it behind you" there were alot of parking spaces behind us so we asked where exactly then he literally said " that big canopy behind, where it says returns right under there" first off the canopy from where we were we couldnt see the return "sign" that he claimed was there it was on the opposite side. When he told us he literally said it super slow like if we are dumb. You dont go around talking to people like that,especially customers its just rude, we just asked a question.anyways literally the guys that I encountered there probably hated there job because they acted like it. Funny thing though, they would joke around with eachother, but when it was time to help the customers, the guy at the counter was so serious, did not try making conversation with us at all. I think his name was bob, had metal retainer on.Just wanted us checked in and gone.(same guy when we check out the truck) Bad customer service.

My experience with UHaul storage and rental in Beaverton OR was beyond belief!!! I have never had to rent a storage unit before and I can only hope that if I ever do again it is in Beaverton. The staff is phenomenal!! Customer service takes on a whole new meaning when dealing with everyone at that location. Long story short---we moved 3000 sq ft of belongings from Boise ID to a 1000 sq ft condo in Beaverton. Most of it went to the storage unit and we were treated like the most important customers they have. I had a great deal of anxiety when making the move and Beaverton UHaul eliminated ALL of it. We always had access, the staff made sure all of our concerns were met, the truck we rented to move out was clean and nice and ready right on time! I could write a book about how great everything went for the last year with this establishment! KUDOS!!!!!!

When I reserve a 20 ft truck and show up and get a 26 ft truck thats complete bs. I reserved the 20ft truck because thats what fits in my parking area. I didnt reserve the 24ft truck (which is the same price) so obviously I wanted a 20ft truck. Then they tell me thats all they have. I call corporate and they tell me unless the facility called me and told me I was specifically getting a 20 ft there is nothing they can do. Despite the fact that I have an email from them confirming my 20 ft truck. So now I have the distinct honor of shuttling stuff to the truck with my car and brute strength. UHAUL sucks!!!! They tried to tell me that it is a free upgrade. Its incompetence on their part which is an inconvenience to me. What the hell is the point of a reservation anyways....

What a place this is.... Service was Great .. products were outstanding. Trucks and trailer were clean and ready to go. The hitch department fixed me up. We are sure your hitch and wiring works, even if it has a problem- it can be fixed on site. Get truck, trailer, pre-move help, storage , and Uboxes. Great prices on boxes and terrific packing supplies.. I never knew Beaveton had it all in one place.. So easy, so quick and the the people there asked me all the right questions, both for the move, and needs for before and especially the Free storage afterwards. I wondered how the Big ... ubox program worked and found that in my case ubox and shipping ws not best, but at some point , I could get a ubox and ship it anywhere in the world. Cool

Sigh... Im a very frequent customer. Its safe to say I probably cover their utilities per month with how much we rent from them. Bob is great, and I respect him as a person, as well as Brock. Today crossed the line. I was charged $70 for fuel... even though we had filled the gas back to the level it needed to be. Looking back on my contract it looks like Matt had made the charge for the fuel. He was also going to charge me for blankets that were never put into the truck (I got a call from Matt saying he was going to put a hold on my card for the blankets) although we had requested blankets be put in the truck that morning, none were, and my crew was left with zero blankets throughout the day. Sorry boys, lost a huge client. Wont be back.

I had depression and anxiety about being a Christian that I was listening to country music and had the heater on early in the morning and how I accidentally killed the battery having depression and narcolepsy that I had to call Roadside Assistance and U-Haul Roadside Assistance to get the truck returned to the U-Haul Service Center and my stuff put into a storage unit and also to get the restraining order against Chris Key and several other people as well.

I have utilized the services of this UHaul store a couple times and have disliked each experience. Twice, the vehicle I wanted to rent was not available despite having a reservation made at least a month in advance. I also had utilized them for a hitch install that was acceptable and I would only moderately recommend. I encountered less than acceptable customer service on all three visits. Three strikes your out; I will not return if I can avoid it.

I rented a truck on a Sunday, when they close early. The gas tank wasnt full and had a little less than 1/4 tank. They told me to just bring it back with the same amount of gas, which I did. Dropped it off after hours because they were closed. The next day they charged my bank account for an extra $40 - $10 for gas and a $30 fee, even though the gas gauge was exactly where it was when I left. Dont trust these people. Theyre dishonest thieves.

very unprofessional. I had an apt for a trailer hitch. I drove a long way they didnt have parts and didnt call. I set up a second apt wich they screwed up too. The phone support lady was condensending and was chiding me saying. They would have called if the parts did not come in. Then admitted the parts did not come in and they did not call. I just hope I can get my $50.00 back used to reserve my apt. Need a hitch. DONT go here.

Extremely poor customer service. We booked a tow dolly to tow a car behind a truck rented from budget. We made it clear that it is a budget truck and the customer service said it is fine. However the uhaul location rep said he will not attach it to a competitors truck. They made us drive all the way and then he says that the customer service doesnt know this because they are sitting in an AC office and not in the field.
