One of the worst experiences ever-they talk a good game, but are completely incompetent in my opinion. Took my car in to have the "check engine " light diagnosed. After replacing the timing belt and water pump, I got the car back and the check engine light was still on. Long story short, they installed the tensioner backwards, were 2 notches off on the installation of the timing belt, and they bent the timing belt cover when putting it all back together. It cost me an additional $550.00 to get it repaired properly at another shop. I was assured by Clackamus Auto Repair I would be reimbursed for the additional costs for the repair but they refuse to pay for the repair. Id never recommend this shop or any of their employees!! Consumer BEWARE!!

auto tune up Auto tune up problem with your car could be very annoying. It was a minor trouble at first but it started to appear more often. I drove my car to Clackamas Auto Repair & Transmission and they found the problem. It was a damaged electric cable. They just had to change it. I wouldn find the problem by myself, so I trust these guys!

This shop did a fantastic job on my truck. Good and honest guys. I had taking my truck to two different shops before this one and I was told that I would need a new transmission...both places quoted me $2k!! Clackamas Auto Repair found the real issue and my problem was fixed for $300. Keep up the good work guys.
