I would like to describe my experience at your Salon yesterday. I normally go to a shop around the corner from you you. It is called the Mob Shop. I have been going there for years and they are always friendly. However when I decided to stop by for a quick haircut. They happen to be closed. So I walked around the corner to your Salon. I walked in and was greeted by a man. Who looked at with me like i was annoying him. Now I know that I did not look my best that day. I was out running errands and just threw on some jeans and a t shirt. I asked for a haircut, and he went to the back to see if anyone was available. I waited for a few minutes, and he walked back with a lady in her mid 30s. She had short hair and a frown on her face. When she saw me she made a ugly face a shook her head NO aggressively. She then turned around and made a beeline to the back. I was astonished, Judging people by their looks is a horrible trait. Not to mention a bad business practice. I am the head Sales Manager for a company that did $987,000,000 is sales last year. (Believe me I can Pay for a haircut) I did not achieve my success by portraying a self righteous Snotty attitude. Neither did my company. I am sure that if I had parked my S600. Out front and walked in with a suit... My experience would have been different. Good Luck With your Business.
