Just went to get a haircut and she told me they close in ten minutes, then I was given some excuse about getting in trouble for overtime and that she had plans right after work. I dont care about your plans and Im a paying customer, I have short hair, this would take maybe 15 minutes. Do your job Dont go here for haircuts, supercuts is much better

My family walked in and they were closing in a half hour so she wouldnt do any hair cuts. There were no other customers waiting but us. She wldnt even cut the babies hair. They also lied the website said open till 7pm and they closed at 6pm

I LOVE Marsha at SmartStyles. She is one of the best hairdressers I have ever seen. I go to her on a regular basis. She takes her time, prices are reasonable and Im always happy with how my hair comes out. I highly recommend her.
