Nothing but praise for diPietro Todd--from the polite, efficient, friendly front desk staff to the amazing Kelsy who does my color and the talented Coco who cuts my hair. Since I started going here almost three years ago, my hair has noticeably improved. It is a delight to go, even though the commute is much longer than it was to my previous salon. Everyone loves being here--clients and employees alike--and it permeates the atmosphere. The professionalism, training, continuing education, care, and loving concern that all staff show for the condition of their clients scalp and hair is second to none! Thats the most important thing.

Did not honor an appointment that was scheduled with one of their students. I made an appointment for highlights with a student and the salon decided she would no longer do highlights from mill valley, thus canceling my appointment at the last minute (the day before a professional photography session with my family). They offered to have someone else do my highlights, at the full price....Um, have you seen their prices? If they had better customer service then maybe Id consider it, but they certainly lost a customer by canceling at the last minute...

Brought my daughter for a color -- after a several hour appt and nearly two hundred dollars we looked at her hair at it looked exactly the same as when we arrived. Spoke to the colorist and he said wed have to come back and pay again if wed like something different. I spoke with the receptionist and same story. About two hours later the receptionist, who was nice, called and offered a free appt. By this time, theres no way wed go back after the experience we had.
