Avoid this shop if at all possible!! I took my car to this shop after being rear-ended. The result I ended up with was a mis-matched bumper that had paint peeling off it. (Fail!) I immediately noticed the cut corners when the car was delivered. I instantly took it to the shop and showed the owner, who made excuses for the shoddy work. He instantly changed his tune when I told him I was going to report the incident to my insurance company and the BBB. I had a legitimate bumper within a couple days.

This shop is the place to go in the Newberg area if you need work done or are in a fender-bender. The owner takes a personal interest in his clients, and takes the time to say "Hi" if you see him out on the street. The shop takes care of all the insurance paperwork and helps work work with the claim adjusters. This shop is honest, fair and gets the job done right the first time.
