A couple months ago I decide to get help retrieving something I had dropped into that little hole that appears when you pull up your emergency brake. I had tried and scraped my hand up pretty good. I didnt want to pull apart my console in fear of breaking it. Thats how I ended up at McClinton, being down the street from my work. I stopped in and told them of my situation and they said no problem, it will probably take only a few minutes. I walked into their nicely decorated waiting room, (I was expecting a typical dirty guys shop area) and before I could pick up a magazine..they appeared with my previously lost item. They were polite, the shop and waiting area were clean and they were very professional. Should I need collision repair in the future, they certainly earned my business.

Would not recommend these arrogant people, not even to a complete stranger! They are only interested in projects that they are "interested in", their words exactly. Apparently making money and having business is not apart of their business! Wouldnt of wrote this review if they hadnt misled me like they did from the get go. They told me they could definitely help me with what I called about and then in two seconds of finding out more on the vehicle in question, changed their minds and stated that they have reconsidered and are no longer interested in this project?!?

I started doing business with McClinton Auto Collision in 2008. Being a pre-owned vehicle dealer, it was always a challenge to find a collision repair shop that not only produced high quality and consistent work, but also could get the job done in a timely fashion. That challenge ended in 2008 with the first car I dropped off with Aaron. I have been extremely happy having McClinton Auto Collision as my "go to" collision shop. Im very excited for the McClinton family for the growth and expansion of their new facility and know they will do great!

Drew and Aaron were awesome. Went in to have bumper cap looked at (recommended by Toyota to have body shop look at) because driver side fender piece not secure. Could have had me order part and spend unnecessary $$$ but Drew gave her a quick fix that solved the problem. They even aligned my hood better for me as was off a bit. Best part was there was NO CHARGE. I was amazed. Quality of service 10. Customer Service 10. Happening to stop by for some help. PRICELESS!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND McClinton Auto Collision. A1 job fellas.

Being in an auto collision can be horrible. All the unknown variables that go along with them are equally as terrifying. At least thats how I felt when I was in my wreck. Fortunately for me, I contacted McClinton Auto Collision. Everything that I had once worried about was handled for me in a quick and timely matter. I have been taking my cars to McClinton Auto Collission for 10+ years. They have repaired several different cars of mine and they always come back looking brand new. Most recently they repaired a nasty gash on the rear bumper of my 2011 Camaro SS, and they did it for half the price of the competition. Highly recommend to anybody looking for fast, friendly service, and top quality workmanship.

I was once in a very scary wreck. My brother Ishamel told me about this family business and how they fix dings and dents. I was very please to see that my car came back to me good as new. I was in my first accident recently and was terrified, I called mcclinton auto and they had a tow truck and the scene of the accident within minutes. They handled everything for me including the tow, repair , rental and insurance company! Highly recommend for a terrible situation that was nade easy.

Highly recommend! This shop gets it done right and in a very timely manner. I had a pretty good "crunch" on my front bumper and front quarter panel. Back in as good as new condition in a week! Friendly, quick, affordable, and efficient! Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!
