Worst experience ever. After being rear ended I called to see what kind of time frame the shop had for the repairs and was told up to two weeks just because they may have to wait for parts. Ok sounded reasonable enough. From that point forward it was nothing but being put off and lied to over and over. It was 3.5 weeks before they tore into my car enough to figure out what additional parts were needed. During this time being told over and over they were waiting for parts. Now Ive run out of rental car coverage, one would think the body shop would secure a rental since they are the ones who were in over their heads with too much work. After basically throwing a fit my car is mysteriously ready. Go pick it up and I have no tail lights. The tech apologized over and over that they should have fought it but they didnt. They cant fix it and send it to the dealer to be fixed. Still no rental even though it was their lack of knowledge thats caused me not to have a car 6 weeks after the accident. As a less important side note my car paint resembles the peel of the oranges in my fridge! I understand there can be issues, but dont lie to your customer. Dont play the game blaming each other in the shop for the work not being done and your word not being kept thinking that somehow that absolves you from responsibility. People depend on your word. Tell me your too busy to take on another car, tell me you havent even tore into it yet. But do NOT lie to your customer. When you screw up own it and do your best to remedy the situation. It would have been simple enough to get me a rental until you get caught up enough to get to my car and fix it the way you claim you would. Never again. This shop is one of the reason body shops have bad reputations.

The person I spoke with (Dan) after getting an estimate for my vehcile nice at the begining. He told me up front that he would handle all the claims and I would pay nothing out of pocket. After getting a estimate and my car back I decided not to have the work done there. He calls me up and insinuated that I stole from him and wanted payment for the tow bill right that very second. I gave him the insurace policy number and claim number but that wasnt good enough for him. He wanted a credit card right then and there. So I told him to shove it....Oh and by the way, the person standing next to me while I picked up my car told me that they did a very bad job on his, The paint was not matching after the third time they had it in there and they said they could not fix it any better. Thats what made me not use them. Check out there bbb complaints they had a customer there too that was not satisfied with there work.

At first i was a little skeptical about bringing my car there after a front end collision because i had read the other reviews and the insurance adjuster wanted to meet me there, but after talking with the manager for a few minutes and seeing how he was able to answer all my questions with ease i felt much better leaving my car with them. Customer service was awesome it definitely felt like they were working for me when i had some concerns about aftermarket parts the insurance company wanted to use they were more than willing to explain and achieve the results i wanted. Craftsmanship was amazing i can honestly say my car looks better than it did then when i drove it off the lot. These guys are awesome I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants fast quality work Thanks Guys.

Avoid this shop if at all possible and dont let its neon lights fool you. I took my car to this shop after being rear-ended. The result I ended up with was a mis-matched bumper that had paint peeling off it. (Fail!) I immediately noticed the cut corners when the car was delivered. I instantly took it to the shop and showed the owner, who made excuses for the shoddy work. He instantly changed his tune when I told him I was going to report the incident to my insurance company and the BBB. I had a legitimate bumper within a couple days.
