Staff is very friendly, professional, and timely. I brought my car in to be repaired, and Doug quickly gave me an estimate of two weeks, but said that it was an over-estimate to make sure they didnt promise me something they couldnt deliver. They only took a week to do all the repairs, and got in touch with me in time to make sure I could return my rental car before the weekend. Very impressed with their service, and will bring my car back for any other body work I may have in the future. My car now looks better than when I bought it.

Theyve taken care of me after two minor fender benders and a number of my friends as well. Pricing was comparable to other places and the work was top-notch. I came in for a bumper repair on the insurance and they fixed a parking lot ding in the door at a small added cost while they had the paint matched anyway. Theyre also very flexible in working with your schedule. Enterprise rental right around the corner is an added convenience.

This place is horrible at communicating. If you are not proactive with them it will probably take them a month to finish what they should in a few days. Do not go here as the frustration with dealing with them is not worth it. I also found out that they changed their name to Fix Auto about a year ago to change their bad reputation but from my experience nothing has changed except their name.

Much better when they were Lacey Automotive...now they say "we work for the insurance company, not for you" and "we only will do what the insurance company will authorize". Dont go here if you fixed anything yourself, they will remove your new OEM parts and replace them with after marker components so they can charge them to the insurance company (who apparently is OK with it).

Bought a custom hood and needed a paint job. They did a great job. Paint matches, looks clean, hood was put on straight... Only bad thing was it took longer then i expected it to take, but then again its better then a fast job with bad work.

Good overall service. But the car was left smelling like paint on the inside. So much that I felt a little fuzzy.
