Had an estimate of 40 hours of work. Dropped our car off on May 1 thinking we would get it back in about a week. We called once a week asking about it and they told us every week that it would be ready the following week. Got a call from them on June 14 saying that they were going to need to put in a supplement for more damage after we were already extremely frustrated. We were moving at the end of June so we needed the car back. They told us they couldnt have it done in time so we ended up picking up the car on June 15 with hardly any work done on it. Now we are moving to Texas with a car that needs to be repaired when we get there. They also did not connect the tail light properly so one of our brake lights doesnt work. Our insurance covers $900 for a rental car and we exceeded that so we had to cover the difference and also have to pay for a rental when we drop it off in Texas. The people here were very friendly, but I would never take a car here again based on our experience.

Well I started out impressed seeing my damages nicely repaired and the guy i dealt with had great customer service. But after realizing the mistake of mismatching of my mirrors (one blue on black) I was disappointed I had to take it back. When I did I asked for them to do the other side blue. Instead without confirming with me they painted it black. When i went to ask them about it they said their was a miscommunication and theyre sorry it wasnt what I wanted. Upset that I didnt get what I wanted I drove away, then checking my mirror again there is a paint drip/bubble what ever you want to call it. I am pretty disappointed at this point and wouldnt reccome nd going back.

An honorable experience. I had one of the body side moldings come loose on my Town & Country. It had been previously repaired by someone prior to my ownership. They were hesitant to take on the job repairing it again as there was also a kink in the moulding. But, they did it. They took the moulding off and heat massaged it and cleaned it and reinstalled it. They had only quoted me about 70 dollars for the repair but had far more time invested. I paid them some additional money which they appreciated. They were su per nice. They too care of me after hours also. Great people to work with and have another job for them to do next week.

As a Solider in the Army, I move around a lot. So, I rely heavily on recommendations. I recently took my car to this shop and they did not disappoint. Amazing honest, reliable, competent technicians that I have ever dealt with in 28 years that I been driving. Absolutely the best outcomes for your vehicles. The hardest part is dropping off the vehicle and that was pretty seamless as they have the vehicle rental right there at the shop. I highly recommend this shop for all your mechanical and auto body repair needs

My insurance recommended that I take my vehicle here because of their high quality and ability to lifetime guarantee the painting of my vehicle. Their turnaround time was very fast and they did a beautiful job. The people were super friendly and their work very thorough. They answered all of my questions and the transactions were very smooth. I dont typically write reviews, but my experience at this shop was so positive the I felt compelled to share. This was a recommendation from my insurance company (Progressive). I was able to manage the repairs remotely from Portland without any issues. The repairs were thorough, and the owner was very helpful in explaining all the work that had been done. I was also very happy to find that all of the valuables that were in the car during the repairs (guitar, tent, grill) were just as I left them.

Its always troublesome knowing where to go, or where to take your business for numerous reasons. I chose this place out of faith, (and convenience in price) and was no where near disappointed. The people here are real, and will treat you with the utmost respect, theyre very professional, and get the job done well. Its been a year now, and I cant even tell any damage was done to my car (Unlike competitors such as MAACO). The best part is, theyre a locally owned business!

My brand new car got struck by a downed power line in the strangest flash storm Ive ever seen. It bent the door frame, took my side mirror off, and bent my hood, scratching down the driver side door. Nobody was hurt, but after what I went through to get my beautiful new car I was about to cry. They made fixing this nightmare into an easy and pain-free experience.
