WOW. Im beside myself. These people are Amateurs at what they do. If you want a quality job, I suggest doing the old fashioned way and doing it yourself. I am a professional Business Manager who recently relocated to a Oregon. I had never used a Temp Agency before. Therefore I was not familiar with there processes. None the less someone referred me. But what a horrible short experience and wast of time!! 1. They portray online that they have a variety of fields that they partake in staffing for. But when asked over the phone they said "umm, mostly warehouse". 2. I spent 1.5 hours filling out their application. The next afternoon I received a VM, of which the woman spoke so quickly I couldnt understand her name. I called back, turned out to be Nozly? (Idk how to spell her name). Right off the bat she spoke with that "annoyed" tone. She started asking me questions such as availability, what work I was looking for, what was my last position, all of which I literally JUST ANSWERED on the application. What is the application for, if your not going to review it!?! Then when I questioned her on this because I found it redundant & a bit odd, she became very snarky & unpleasant. They talk down to you here like your something & no one of importance. Yet with out you fine people filling out there applications, they wouldnt have a job. I would understand if it were the company that was directly calling and asking questions.. But they are a staffing agency, a middle man. Bottom Line, If you dont want to be spoken to by some lady with a teenage snarky know it all attitude. If you want to deal with caring & friendly people who truly want to help YOU find employment that YOU deserve. DONT GO HERE.

I get people are busy and all here.. But one of the women Who work here Mercedes is horrible at her job. My boyfriend calls her everyday to ask for work. Who is honestly more qualified then half the people who walk in here. She will tell him about a job and he says hell take it and she tells him shell call the job then call him back but never does. So he waits and by the next day when hes actually able to get ahold of her she says the job is gone.. Or they no longer have that job.. This has gone on for over a week now several jobs he will accept then not here back from this women. We are beyond frustrated with her!

Express Personnel is important to me as I am always wanting Express to survive and be around for a long time , I am always looking for companies that can and will need our services and that we can provide quality job performances.I know the job market is not doing well right now , everyone is feeling the squeeze all across the USA , but I am going to do all I can to make Express Personnel survive and be successful.I Love Express Personnel as they have been there for me and I want to be there for them and support all the goals that Express has for this New Year of 2009!

I moved into the area and needed a job right away. Express found me long term temporary work within 24 hours. After I was done with that assignment and 1 or 2 others I was asked if I wanted to work with the staff internally in a permanent position. I accepted, and havent regretted it for a second. Express is great, and the people who work there are caring and dedicated, and Ive loved working with them!

I cant say anything bad about these people. They found me three jobs, one after the other. When one assignment ended, they found me another. Granted, Im presently waiting for another assignment, but Im thankful for those that Ive had. These people really want to put you to work, so if youre serious about working, give them a call.
