Ive been in and out of the gym my entire life, but this was my first experience with CrossFit. I fell in love. Not only are the coaches encouraging and focused on making sure that everyone is comfortable, but doing CrossFit has driven me to push myself in ways that I never would have thought of in a traditional gym setting. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape, or just try something different.

I dropped in for a workout at Inner Beast CrossFit. After showing off some new Kiloflex equipment. I was welcomed by coach Jeff and the entire afternoon class. Jeff put us through a great workout, was very helpful with technique. I had a blast!
