I love this studio! I wanted to try pole dancing for fitness, dance and fun and this place is perfect! Shannon is my main instructor and she is fantastic! Ive also worked with Jasper and Allison and they were wonderful too! ALL of them ROCK and are very professional, patient, encouraging and fun. Excellent learning environment and fun--the time just flies! The studio is clean and a good size for personal attention. I always look forward to the next lesson!

Was coming through town and needed a place to train. I was able to drop into Tais strength and flex class followed by an open pole ("play pole") friendly and helpful environment, great studio. Ill be back!
