Im pretty disappointed. I really love their workouts but the SW front studio is so disorganized. 1. They lost my membership change form 2. They lost my necklace after I called the day of to ask them to put it away with my name on it. 3. Every time I called they said they would call me back to help me, they only ever returned 1 out of 5 calls. 4. I had to go to the chiropractor multiple times because I pulled my back from the rowing machines (because I wasnt doing it properly and the instructors werent correcting my form) I just feel like its really a shame, because I love the work out and I believe in their work out methodologies. But I honestly feel like they dont truly care about their existing customers, because they are so busy making that money by getting that next customer to sign up. Out of everything above I am MOST disappointed about the fact that they somehow lost my necklace after they found it and put my name on it. I put my trust in them to keep something important for me until I am able to go and pick it up, but they lost it. Whats upsetting is that the Manager told me they donated it. Which I dont believe at all. Their Oregon regional manager is supposed to be getting back to me, will see if they do.

Its constantly changing and keeps it fresh and interesting! Also, and Im sure that this is a common response, but its the truth: The people that orange theory hires as managers, coaches, and staff are amazing. Ive never belonged to any sort of fitness facility (and Ive worked at or been a member of close to 10!) that so diligently chooses to employ and surround its members with such positive, upbeat, motivating, and loving people. THAT is truly what makes Orange Theory South Waterfront the best!!!

I can never get myself to go out for a run for even ten minutes, and somehow these guys have me working my butt off (literally) on a treadmill for half an hour without even realizing it! Theyre great! Very encouraging, welcoming, thorough with explaining how things work and good at keeping workouts varied and fun. I was hooked after the first free trial!

I was hesitant to participate because I am generally not a fan of group fitness classes. However, that changed the minute I walked in and was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Our instructor was awesome and very motivating, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. I will definitely be back in the future.

If youre looking for some structure to motivate you to get on track, lose weight and tone up - these one hour workouts are amazing. The staff is super friendly, engaging, fun and very encouraging. The facility is always sparkling clean. Its free to try one work out. I highly recommend it!

I love the energy, the diversity in the workouts, the people, and the music! Its changed my routine as a whole. Its changed how I value sleep, what Im putting in my body, and how I allocate my time. Its crazy how where you put one hour in your day can have that much power.

They dont know what they are doing! These "coaches" will do serious damage if you dont know what you are doing and just follow them blindly...be careful people.
