Staff is friendly, but you dont get the dollar value that you pay for here. - Very small gym; low ceilings; HOT - The treadmills are second rate (cheap) - Elipticals are cheap - Other decent cardio equipment - NONE of the cardio equipment connect to TV audio - TVs rarely on sporting events unless requested This is a great $10 per month gym. Nothing here makes this place a $30+ per month place to work out at. Go somewhere else, save yourself a few bucks, and find a place that properly connects its cardio equipment to the TVs. (Other locations are hopefully set up better)

Service Truth

We went there today and it was pretty swell. I would have liked to have seen more variety of machines that are geared towards everybody, not just power lifters. However, the place was very clean, the staff and the other members were very nice. When I was there the music was nice and the fact that there were entrances in the mall and out of the mall were great for those who want either one. If the rating system would have let me I would have given 4.5 starts. I will be back here as being new in town, everything is new.

The reason I joined this team is because of their dedication to peoples results. I see some bad reviews on here from time to time about this club but I feel like people are just nitpicking and/or have a personal problem. I mean seriously... have you felt the vibe in the club, talked to the people inside, or even stayed for long enough to get a real impression? Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ cant please them all!

Best place to workout, its clean, minimal gym rats and gym flies, and has all the equipment youll ever need to get in great shape. The staff is friendly without being overbearing. You wont get approarched for training if you look like you know what you are doing, and the plus...its open 24 hours of course. Best times to workout here, if you can 9am - 3pm and 10pm - 4am.

24 is the jam!! The place has been here over 2 decades and our regulars love it! Sure the company cant appease every single demand and surely cannot drop to $10/mo. However, the features, community, and service are well worth the $1/day members pay to be part of this spectacular club.

Staff doesnt know anything. Im told they have wifi for everyone, get there and nope. They dont have anyone to call about it either. So not only are they ignorant but they have no backup for when people have questions. No air circulation in the club at all, so its stale and dry.

I have been double charged on multiple times. When i bring it up i am simply promised i will not be double charged again...but then it happens again. Now apparently i havent been charged in a span of 3 months. Makes no sense.. Watch your account thats all i will say.

Is there less than one star? Because thats what I would give 24 hour fitness. Dont sign up unless youre ready to call them EVERY MONTH because of billing problems (over charge, under charge, different billing dates, random $100+ withdrawn from your account, etc.)

Cant wait till Crunch Fitness opens they just put new machines in their facility at 24 hours they all suck and is too pack to even workout cant meet your fitness goals with every fat person there on all machines taking snap chat photos

Equipment is all new. Love the power racks, skierg and cable machines. New schwinn bikes are awesome. Kids club staff is very friendly and do fun activities with the kids. Its never crowded. Best gym in Lakewood!

This is the only one 24hrs fitness with ONCE ZUMBA CLASS a week!!! So disappointed :( many excuses for Wednesday cancellation class, end up with one Zumba class only on Monday since 3-4 months ago :(

Been a member for over 2 years. Gym is like my second home everyone knows me and everyone is very friendly. New equipment is awesome! Trainers are always willing to help out too.

Old equipment, limited amount of free weights (Bench, Squat platforms). For cardio, and machine resistance training, this gym will do the job.
