There is nothing Safe about SafeGuard. Theft is rampant and Management does not care. If you value your items - look elsewhere. Had my unit (and multiple others in my "hallway" broken in to through a security gate and multiple locked doors. The latching apparatus off the our unit doors were cut through with our locks laid nicely on the inside of our units - still locked, still usable. Cant vouch for others but I had high dollar items stolen and my other delicate items tossed. Management laughed in my face when I inquired about compensation after filing a police report - even though this was through no fault of my own. They offered me a free months rent. Way too generous.

Had my unit broken into and was never notified by management. Was a customer there for over 3 years and had one late payment by 10 days, and had golf clubs,cds, and softball bats,and shoes taken. Management tried to act like they didnt know what was going in but it was one of their locks on my unit when I went to open it

Prices arent listed online. Called repeatedly only to get an answering machine during business hours. Look guys, you have two options. Either list prices online, so I can compare my options, or have someone at the desk 24/7. You cant slack on both (and it really makes me question your capability as a vendor).

The guys that work here are really friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, and the units are fine. It was the most affordable price I could find for a small unit in North portland, and I have been pleased with it.
