Ive had two packages lost. They denied my claim, saying that I didnt have proof of insurance. I shipped it priority mail, sent them the mailing slip and receipt as well as the tracking number, all of which showed that it was sent PRIORITY mail. The USPS is a god-awful institution with miserable customer service and, this office in particular, sucks.

Unlike most post offices, this mailbox is, in fact, a mailbox. The service was surprisingly fast, but they couldnt change my address or ship my package. The Funky Door across the street is an excellent coffee shop, though, and the lady at the framing shop was quite courteous and very knowledgeable about other places that arent post offices.

As far as the USPS locations go, this one is pretty good. The staff is consistent, which is nice. Theyre helpful and they lines are USUALLY pretty short, though, I usually was just in and out checking my PO box. There were times that I saw several people waiting. Theres always parking which is nice!

Lady who picked up the phone was very rude and wouldnt even let me ask the question. If she had only allowed me to ask it We would have been off the phone faster. She started to over talk me before I could ask her, And she told me " youre lucky I even answered the phone!" And then hung up me.

if you want to know why the US postal system is going down the tubes, pay a visit to this location. i ahve given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times. absolutely some of the rudest service i have ever encountered. EVERYONE that works in there has a serious attitude problem.

Well, you can mail things, and receive things. Buy stamps and meet your local carrier (even though they come to your house 6 days a week). Open Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM They have PO Boxes as well, for pretty cheap. Brooklynnnnnnnn Zoo!!!

The guy who works there is slow as molasses and chats it up with every person in there. It is always the most frustrating experience!

I agree with Sheldon. In my opinion, this is a mail box. Its decent for a mailbox. However, it is not a post office.
