Pence NW Construction recently completed an extensive remodel of our newly purchased building, and transformed it from warehouse and office space into a very beautiful and spacious medical office in just under 2 months. The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. Their bid was very competitive, and true to their word, all construction was done by the project due date. It was an easy choice to trust Pence NW with our remodel, as we have worked with them before on the construction of our first office location several years ago. Brent, Chad, Noah and the rest of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable, and the quality of their work is outstanding! They were diligent about communicating with us throughout the entire process, and any questions we had were addressed immediately. We have now been in our new space 2 months, and are loving it. Our patients constantly comment on how nice the new office space is. And I’m happy to say that their customer service is still excellent. Anytime I have needed to ask a question regarding the remodel my calls or e-mails are returned immediately. Saying that I would highly recommend Pence NW Construction is an understatement.

We are so happy we chose Pence NW as our contractor for our remodels at our two Baskin Robbins franchises! From the beginning they were super easy to work with, consistently on time, and answered all of our questions along the way quickly and thoroughly. They listened to our concerns and worked with us on issues such as staying within our budget and completing the remodels off-hours so as not to interrupt our business hours. Noah at Pence NW was in charge of our projects. He worked very long hours to stay within our timeline and was easy to get in contact with to answer questions the whole way through. All the subcontractors (tile and drywall etc.) that were used in our projects did very high quality work. Noah kept our complete satisfaction and quality craftsmanship a top priority throughout the process. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience with Pence NW, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an upcoming remodel/construction project.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done by Pence NW for the remodel of our Little Caesars franchise on North Lancaster. From the very beginning they were on point, from getting the estimate quickly, to being flexible on start/finish date, to staying within budget. Chad and Noah were both on top of everything, as they both kept me in the loop with changes or issues that came up. The quality of work from them and the subcontractors exceeded my expectations. They were able to work around the store hours as to minimize the disruption to the business, which was greatly appreciated. They always cleaned up the store for the next day so we were ready for business. I would highly recommend them for any remodel or construction project. Since the time my project has been completed, I have already reached out to them to do more projects that I decided to do at the store.

Pence Northwest and particularly Chad Montgomery did an exceptional job on our store remodel in Salem. He made sure he had all the details right and was very flexible if we wanted to change something. The quality and workmanship was wonderful. Chad even came up with some fixtures on his own that worked perfectly in our store for some special merchandise types in small spaces. It was a pleasure doing business with Pence NW and Chad....We went from a 2700 square foot Made in Oregon store to a 1500 square foot one and Chad understood all the issues involved in moving this store and making it great to work in.
