one of their workers driving a P/U truck in Salem (Feb 14, 2017, on Commercial St near the Wendys, shortly after the noon hour) flat out told me he didnt care that he was violating a traffic law (does he not care about public safety while on the job with a Wildish owned & marked vehicle?) ORS 815.275¹ Failure to mark end of load with light or flag when required (1) A person commits the offense of failure to mark the end of a load with a light or flag when required if the person drives or moves on any highway or owns and causes or knowingly permits to be driven or moved on any highway any vehicle with a load that extends to the rear four feet or more beyond the bed or body of the vehicle and the person fails to: (a) Place end load lights described under ORS 816.290 (End load lights) at the extreme rear end of the load, in addition to any other rear light required upon every vehicle, at times when limited visibility conditions exist; or (b) At any other time, display at the extreme rear end of the load a red flag or cloth not less than 12 inches square. (2) The offense described in this section, failure to mark end of load with light or flag when required, is a Class C traffic violation. [1983 c.338 §501]

This place is doing the paving project off 4th plain rd Rossiter LN and Neals LN. in Vancouver Washington. The company started out really polite and professional, then steadily got ruder, and unprofessional. They blocked off BOTH exits of a through street at Park Place Apartments , From Rossiter ln to Neals lane. When asked to fix the situation they promptly refused and would not give names or supervisors names. The man laughed in my face. How unprofessional. When told it was illegal to block a through street without prior notification after all what if emergency services were needed someone within the company finally complied with regulations and the law and quit blocking said road after 20 minutes of the man telling me it was to bad I had to go to work and not his problem if I lost my job. This is the company our state gave this contract to. They do not deserve any more state funded contracts if they are going to hire such unprofessional employees. D- on your customer satisfaction survey.
