Dalkie Construction performed a complete build out of an 83,000 square foot building for our state government agency in 2010. The project was turning a cold dark shell of a building that was never fully completed for its intended use, which was a computer chip plant, into a beautiful office environment for nearly 400 people in 5.5 months. That’s 5.5 months of design/build, not just construction. Working with the building’s owner, and the owner’s architect, Dalkie Construction pulled off a miracle. This is a project that nobody thought could be done in that short a time frame, but had to be in order to keep a larger building renovation project on schedule. For flexibility, integrity and “Can-Do” attitude, you can’t beat this construction company.

Dalke Construction has taken care of a wide variety of construction projects for us over the last several years including sceizmic upgrades on several buildings, concrete wall repairs and window replacement in an apartment building. In 2010 we hired Dalke to convert an 82,000 sq ft warehouse to Class A Office space. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and came in on budget. Every aspect of construction was handled professionally. Post-construction follow-up has also been handled extremely well. I highly recommend Dalke construction for remodel projects as well as new construction.

Dalke Construction took a concrete shell and provided a beautiful professional office for me. Their employees were professional and very considerate of our needs. Detail was given to every aspect of the finish work they provided and the general manager of the project checked in regularly to make certain everything was exactly the way I wanted. I would recommend Dalkes to anyone needing construction or remodel.
