While deciding who would build our new dental office, I met with many contractors. Some specialized in dental offices while others did not. I was looking for someone that, not only had done a dental office before, but someone whom I felt comfortable with on a personal level. After my first meeting with Rich Duncan, Nate Cooke, and Dan Ashby I knew they would be the guys that would ultimately build my office. Instantly I felt like I had known them for years and that they understood exactly what I wanted. The project was seamless from start to finish. There were zero hiccups, the project finished on time, and right on budget. I recommend Rich Duncan and his crew for building you your dream dental office. A huge thank you from Oregon Smile Care Center

Nate Cooke and Dan Ashby of Rich Duncan Construction provided excellent customer service during a tenant improvement build out for Marion County who recently leased office space from Premium Property Management, Inc. Their interface between us, Marion County and contractors was seamless. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way, as typical with any construction project, but Nate and Dan made it as smooth as possible. They came in on budget, on time and did it all with a “we can do that” attitude. They were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend Nate, Dan and Rich Duncan Construction!

I have been working with RDC for over 8 years as a supplier and applaud them for their approach in doing business. Every one within this group from Rich himself to the field personnel have a hands on approach with communication used as the main key for a on time and successful project. They are a hard charging company with an eye for detail while staying within the owners buget. I look forward to many more years as a supplier for them and appreciate what they have given back to the community through their years of work - great job guys.

Rich Duncan is against paying their employees a living wage, yet drives a $60k truck. He is against any wage hikes because he wouldnt be able to pay for his truck if it happened. To live on $9.50 an hour that he pays his staff, in a career field, is ridiculous. He should live off those wages for a year, in this economy, to understand how he makes it so his employees cant even put food on the table. Go somewhere else, his services are overpriced.

We have had a working relationship with Rich Duncan Construction for years now. What we noticed from day 1 is the integrity Rich Duncan and his team operate with and instill in others. This is applied to the customer, the sub contractor, the community and all aspects of operating a business, it is clearly the culture of Rich Duncan Construction.

The projects we have worked on with Rich Duncan Construction have gone smoothly due to Richs attention to detail and ability to properly manage the project. Rich and his staff are on top of each project and keep in contact with consultants during construction to ensure it is fully carried out according to the plans and owners requirements.

We contracted with Rich for our new building remodel. His guys were always on top of things and took the stress off us dealing with permits and other typical construction issues. Could not have asked for a better experience and will use them again in the future.

From start to finish the remodel of our 70+ year building was smooth, on time and under budget. Even when surprises popped up, the Duncan team was there with a solution.
