Project: Install new Asphalt Shingle Roof, Versetta Stone, Crown molding, new seals on garage door, Covered Gutters, Paint/Seal entire exterior and poured new Concrete walk ways with a sealant covering. Basically we did the entire exterior of the home. The entire Cutting edge crew were efficient, professional and worked 10+ hours each day, cleaned up daily, and completed the jobs in a timely manner (weather dependant). The crews went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. They have a top-notch team of professional that really know their job. Israel, Josh and Cameron are equally professional and eager to meet the customers needs. They were honest, fair and good communicators in every step of the process. They were all outstanding!!! Being novices and asking a bunch of questions and what about this or that and at times may have been annoying, each time they reassured my wife and I with a “No worries we handle this all the time and it will work out “ as well as “Just wait once the job is completed it will be what you thought.” You know what, Josh was right! Josh consistently communicated and kept us in the loop on the details of our project and answered all of our questions. The work was smooth, and clean. I cant say enough about the crews and how respectful they were. We installed all new gutters, with material that will free me from any further maintenance on my house and I like that. My wife got the ginger bread she wanted in the front entry way with crown molding and with the competed exterior done we feel we have the best home on the block. We would recommend Cutting Edge Contracting to anyone looking for a crew of seasoned professionals. What places them on our A list is that they are very efficient, trustworthy, did what they said when they said they would and had fair prices using high-grade quality material. They want the customer to be happy and will do what’s right to gain your satisfaction of their work. We would highly recommend Cutting Edge and will use them again myself for other future jobs.

I have been in my home for almost 20 years and while it was designed and built with many perks, it was also built using the faulty LP siding used in the "90s!" Anyone that ever owned a house with this siding can understand how badly one feels when it starts falling apart and allowing other structural problems to present themselves. My home began to depreciate in value and it became obvious that waiting was no longer an option. I had received estimates from 4 companies including Cutting Edge. Two contractors were vague in their estimates and explanation of the work to be performed. Brandon worked up an estimate for the work I wanted and pointed out potential areas that might conceal the weathering/rot conditions that were probably present and would need to be addressed for the work to be done at the highest level of proficiency. Hiring a home contractor is not something homeowners do often so after listening to Brandons explanation of work on his estimate, seeing the finished Hardie plank and Trex samples and reading the many positive reviews from customers I decided to have Cutting Edge do the work. All work was completed a couple of weeks ago and I cannot say enough for this company. Brandon and his foreman were ALWAYS available to keep me up to date on each step of the siding replacement. In addition I had them built a covered deck over my old postage stamp size concrete patio. I can not be happier with their work, work ethic and dedication to pleasing their customer. In addition they cleaned up each day after work and again at the end of the work. I highly recommend calling Brandon at Cutting Edge Contracting for all of your outdoor projects. C. Cutting Edge Contracting and their crew, Brandon, Isreal and and his awesome hardworking sons, and Mario did a Top Notch job on a difficult roofing project for me. I am not normally inclined to write reviews on day to day interactions like so many of us feel entitled to do in this age, but this "interaction" warrants description and applause. I did a lot of research on who to choose for my flat roof replacement. Anyone who has a flat roof knows that not all roofing contractors are qualified to bid, let alone complete the job. When I came across Cutting Edge I had a sense I had found the right contractor for this unique job. When I met with Brandon, I was sure I had. From the much needed information about types of materials upfront, to a difficult scheduling window due to weather, to the undertaking of the job, the Cutting Edge crew was professional, responsive and accommodating. We are now finished with the first phase of the roof just in time for what is turning out to be a very wet winter, and have begun talking about replacing the window set on the property. In June of 2016, we contracted with Cutting Edge Contracting to side our entire house with Hardy Cement Siding after getting a couple of bids for other type siding. The vinyl priced about the same but quality was not there. We ordered product and they planned the start date for August. We worked Brandon on the bid and setting up the date. Brandon kept us in the loop for the 6 weeks prior to the start date that we were on time and things look good, which if youve ever had any type of construction done. thats unusual! They started on time as promised. It took a little more time because we ran into unforeseen problems and had to replace a lot of boards (older house). Brandon brought the crew in over the weekend so they could finish on time. There were questions and minor issues along the way and Brandon was just a phone call away. He was very accessible which we appreciated so much. On the last day he was out here with his crew double checking to make sure there were no remaining debris. I cant say enough good things about this company or Brandon. Things didnt go perfect but they ended perfect. Its a little nerve wracking when youre spending that kind of money and I feel like the employees of Cutting Edge knew that and they were all very respectful of that and all of our crazy questions. We will use them again in the future.

We hired Cutting Edge to replace our Siding, install new Entry and Garage doors, as well as replace our gutters. They were very professional in their assessments, recommendations, and giving us a quote that matched our needs. They took a small down payment and had their team out to our house in the next few days to begin the work. I was impressed with how fast and meticulous the workers were. They did a great job removing our old siding and paid attention to every little detail while installing the new Hardie Board. They put flashing everywhere and boxed out all outlets and lights, etc. Even better, they cleaned up the work site every night and picked up broken wood and stray nail. This was important to me as I have a toddler and didn’t want him getting hurt. I was very impressed with how quick the job went and how well the workers onsite transformed my house. Even though they worked fast, they didn’t rush the project or cut any corners. Overall I’d say my assessment is that this is a great company to hire. They aren’t the cheapest, but it’s clear through the quality of their work, that it is money well spent. We’ve since hired them again to paint our house and they are designing a new deck/patio area for us as the next phase in our remodel.
