Took my rig to them because of a grinding sound, turns out I have a ball joint going out. I can handle that, paid them around $300 to get it fixed, took a little over 3 hours. 2 days later the sound came back, next day I dropped the rig back off to them, letting them know what was going on, and walked to work. About 6 hours later they dropped it back off to me. (The only good thing they did.) That night on the way home my idle was WAY out of wack, manual transmission, idling up to 3000 rpm when I pushed in the clutch, and a couple other things. Called their corporate hq, got the run around for a month and a half, finally was told to get 2 estimates, got those, sent them in got the run around for another month, before they informed me, after I called into them, that whatever happened was a "coincidence" over $2000 of my money, I believe I may have my rig fixed

We needed one caliper replaced, and they would not do just one. They replaced brake pads that were just replaced in December, drums that there was nothing wrong with and other things that did not need to be done at the time. $1534 and about 6 hours later we finally got out of there. Do not go there if at all possible! Oh, yes, they were very nice to us while we were there.

Most Schwabbys ive been to are typically the same, clean, fast and friendly service. This location is no different. I give Les Schwab four stars in general because they dont seem to carry low price tires. Or at least they have never quoted me any. But i still go there for the great service and i trust them with my vehicle.

They set wait time expectations. I left and came back at agreed upon time. They were ready found and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Id recommend them to anyone with a car. I feel like they always stright shoot l.

Paid $500 for breaks that didnt work properly. Had to go back when I almost went through 4 way stop with child in car. Emergency break still doesnt work properly and they said it was normal. Dont trust will never go back!

Les Schwab stores are always moce, but the staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Went in for a leaking tire, fixed in about thirty minutes (others were there first) and on my way with a big bill: $0.

Awesome place to go for tires. The customer service is honestly an 11/10, they do so much stuff for free that other places charge for. These guys dont get paid anywhere near what theyre really worth.
