I dont know what the 4 and 5 star reviews experienced but mine was dreadful. And Im a very optimistic person (check my other reviews). I came here for the first time in January after skidding on black ice. I came here instead of my regular place for reasons I wont get into, and theyve been making me regret that decision all year. First, they did not have the work done 2 days after they said it would be ready. They only needed to align the new tires and they were just sitting on it for apparently no reason. I wasnt happy to be put behind customers who came after me (theyd had my car for nearly 2 weeks at that point) Then, I had to come back not once but TWICE because parts were literally FALLING OFF OF MY CAR. Yes, the plastic shield between tire and engine fell off mid-drive. And they didnt even bother to check the other side when I came back to have them fix it back on....so a little while later the same part fell off of my car on the other side. At this time, one of the ladies in the back office came out to yell at me while I was asking a question about the WiFi. She is not their customer service person (thank goodness!) and later the customer service person called to apologize. Ill to give them that. But it was too little too late to get my future business. Oh and the next time I took my car in to my regular shop for an inspection, to make sure that Lakeport Tire & Auto didnt miss anything else, they found that I had a transmission leak caused by the accident. Good thing Lakeport Tire and Auto missed that, because their parts and labor rates are way higher than any other local shop Ive been too, including Santa Rosa

Weve taken both of our vehicles here (and a tire) and I can honestly say that we have never gotten better service! Even though this is a "small town", parts that needed to be ordered arrived lightning fast! Vehicles are inspected, quotes given, work performed by experienced techs, happy smiling faces driving away without gaping holes in wallets! I know you cant please everybody all of the time, but were happy campers! Great customer service, detailed explanation of whats going to happen, calls back as promised, seriously, you cant go wrong here! When you need to get your vehicle repaired (or need tires) and are stressed out about what could be wrong with it, these guys have your back! Understanding, compassionate employees that know what its like to be without your ride. They go the extra mile to get you back on the road. Were customers for life! Thanks again!

I used to take my truck to mackeys, but after I had them put new wheels and tires on my truck, it started shaking and wouldnt go away, so after several attempts (4 times)at them fixing the problem (which was usually just trying to balance them) I decided to take it to Lakeport tire and auto service. within 2 minutes of it being on their service rack they found the problem. It was a loose upper balljoint on the passenger side. They let me see what was wrong with it too which was nice, it definitly helped me understand the problem. I had it fixed that day and have been a customer since.

Bob and Julie are honest, hard working local people. We have trusted our vehicles to them for many years and never have we had add on problems or a huge bill because they find something as there is at other repair places. We trust them and they give us the best service, are friendly, and their prices sure beat the dealerships. They even send us coupons for discounts on oil changes, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you value professionalism, a clean and orderly business, a qaulity product and excellant customer service, then Lakeport Tire & Auto is the place for you. You may be able to save $20 at a nearby shop as long as you dont mind the local filthy tweeker torquing (or not torquiring) your lug nuts. This place is a professional class act from start to finish and I highly reccomend it. Thank you Lakeport Tire & Auto!

Bob and his team always do a great job. They also keep an eye out for any potential issues that may crop up in the near future and this has saved me a lot of grief I am sure.
