Started off pretty well but at some point they seemingly just forgot about me and thoroughly did not care if they had my business. Windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced which they ordered from Medford. The day of the original appointment it had not arrived from transport yet (okay no biggie it happens). I got a call from Tricia explaining that and saying she would call me back when it arrived so we could reschedule. Fast forward EIGHT days later she finally calls me back and blames me for a lack in communication. Super annoyed at this point but still want the work done so we set up a new appointment for the following week (didnt even try to fit me in during the current week). I wait until my appointment day and I swear on my life they no call no show my appointment. Currently writing this four days later and still have not heard a word from them. Not even a phone call. I wasted three weeks of my life trying to give them business because they were local but they seemingly dont care. My recommendation is definitely to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are other companies that service Columbia county and you dont have to pull teeth to give them work. EDIT: I never received any phone calls during that eight day span. Moving on, throw aside any delayed or difficult communication when we did get in contact and had a 100% understood and agreed upon time, place, and date it doesnt excuse that you still no called no showed to it. I only cancelled the claim after you never showed up.

I had a nasty rock chip on my windshield that Ive not been able to get fixed due to my work schedule. I called Columbia River Auto Glass during my week off. They arranged to come out to my home the following day in the morning. They were both really friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Now I can drive my car with no worries of the windshield cracking further from the rock chip.

Some idiot broke the back window of my vehicle with a softball, I called and got a response quickly. They came out and fixed the window on Monday. Good folks quick response good price will use again. I prefer mom and pop outfits and love the fact that theyre mobile
