I was most impressed by the fellow who repairs cars in the shop -- dont know his name but he has an arm tattoo and a lip stud and darker hair -- I had burned up my socket assembly (aka lighter socket for those who are born before around 1970 like me) in my Honda Fit. Instead of just installing a new one of those he noted that he could install an additional socket assembly so I could power my laptop with a socket made for that type of thing that has its own line (in addition to fixing the burned out socket). This is just what I needed! Yay! Then he got it done sooner than I was told and for a lower price than I was quoted! I would certainly go there again and request him specifically. I also liked the owner fellow who helped me as he had the same recommendations and outcomes. For me it was a good experience and now my car is even more ready for the road trips I do frequently in it. Thanks!

I have been taking our cars to Precision for several years now, including my Studebakers. They are great with the old cars as well as the newer ones. I have gotten to know Mark and Brenda well and the mechanics in the shop all know who I am. They even went out of their way to show me an Avanti that had come in to the shop for some repairs, knowing I love those cars. Great people, great service. I highly recommend them.
