I took my car to RGS early Feb. 2009. Randy the owner said he would fix it in a week& it would cost $1,000. It had a transmission problem. He has now had my car for 4+ years. He said it was fixed the week after I brought it in& convinced me to pay him over the phone. I called the next day to tell him I was on my way 2 pick up the car& he said at that time the car wasnt fixed&that ithe clutch in my automatic transmission was burnt. He has told me he has taken out & put back in the transmission at least 10 times& that it still wasnt working. Several other things went wrong with the car since he has had it. The computer, was supposedly replaced, he said he had to replace the gas tank the lines & the fuel injectors, because he ran old gas thru the car. I am still waiting for Randy to bring me my car. He told me he fixed everything& would bring it to me a month ago & will not. He is short& rude to me everytime I call& tells me he will bring my car over. He has told me that 6 times& hasnt brought it to me. DONT TAKE ANYTHING TO RGS UNLESS U WANT WHAT i GOT, SCREWED!

This guy is an absolute joke! I got a firebird from him and he screwed me over. He replaced the distributor and charged me full price like it was a new one. He used other parts that were obviously used from some spare from his ship or something. I just cant see why anyone would go to this guy. I am a hard working father of 3 kids just trying to make it in the world and I got screwed over. Plus he treated me like a kid like I did not know anything at all. Well let me tell ya, ive been in customer service for 17 years and he has the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with plus just might want to check his bbb rating and be very careful.
