I can not say enough positive things about mark and his guys at this shop. As a woman it has been incredibly frustrating taking my car into a shop. I have gotten taken for a lot of money for things that did not need to be done the my car! I was so frustrated when I finally took my car into meineke and mark was great with me. He looked over all the receipts I had from prior work. Him and his staff talked me through the work that needed to be done and actually felt so bad for me they did it for free! When they were done working on my car they showed me everything that had been done. I have alot of confidence in these guys and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Theyre not just out for money. They care about there customers!!

They are quick, incredibly helpful, and have made the last couple of visits so much better for me because of their positive attitudes. Mark has especially helped me to find the right financing options when Ive needed repairs that have been outside of my budget. I know when I go in, I will be given a fair price and they wont charge me for any unnecessary repairs. I never worry about being conned when Im there, being a woman who doesnt know a ton about cars, because they explain everything and have even shown me the parts that need to be replaced. I will continue to go to Meineke, the Newberg one whenever possible, for anything my car may need in the future, and Ill encourage everyone I know to do the same :)

I needed to have my clutch replaced and it needed to be done quickly. I called Meineke and their quoted rate was the best in town. On top of that they were able to get me in immediately. My truck went down on a Thursday and other shops said they wouldnt be able to work on my truck until Monday. That wasnt going to work for me, but Meineke stayed true to the quoted price and got my truck in on Friday and I had it back on Saturday morning. Very professional, great prices and quick services. Ill be using them going forward. Definitely give them a try and youll be satisfied. I talked to Mark the General Manager and he was great keeping me updated on my truck.

I had a lot of fixes done at Mieneke with my truck. Mark was friendly, quick to get me prices - explaining the costs and concerns, and all his estimates matched or beat my other estimates. I feel pretty confident in bringing my truck back or any of our vehicles to get serviced at Mieneke. He even did one small fix for free he saw that was not their concern-very conscientious, willing to go the extra mile for his reputation and make the customer happy. I didnt know they went under new management since September or I would have used them sooner.

There is a wonderfully talented team here at the Newberg, Oregon Meineke. Mark and Steve made sure all my needs were taken care of while they performed the maintenance. I had my rear and forward brake pads, calipers and rotors replaced and my car runs flawlessly. Could not have had a better auto repair experience anywhere else. I strongly recommend considering here to be the first stop for auto maintenance--bar none.

Accommodating, friendly service. I was running late at another appointment and called to ask if I needed to reschedule and gentleman who answered the phone was quick to offer options for the day. Clean restroom, waiting room is comfortable with a TV on the wall, magazines, coloring books, Keurig coffee machine and the typical mechanic shop brochures and displays. Mark and the guys are amazing! All super friendly and helpful. My car broke down and I had it towed there to get it looked at! They were quick to figure out what was wrong and getting it fixed as well as being very fair on the price to fix it! Couldnt has asked for better service from a repair shop. Hands down the best place on Newberg to bring you vehicle for repairs or keep up!

This location is under new ownership and they are great! They do pretty much ALL auto repair, not just mufflers or brakes. They sell tires and replace transmissions...and they changed my oil for a great price! I overheard them working with another customer who needed grace in settling his bill. They were gracious! Highly recommended.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED LAST WEEK FOR THE REPAIR OF MY SUBARU. NOT ONLY WERE THEY EFFICIENT TIME WISE IN HOW LONG IT TOOK TO FIX MY VEHICLE, BUT THEY ALSO GAVE ME A LOANER TILL MY CAR WAS DONE. MARK THE MANAGER IS SUPER NICE.
