Very shifty sales people... Told my wife they were finding us a brand new car and what showed up was a 2011, but a 2011 with 28,000 some miles on it... Then got pushy trying to talk us into doing it anyway when we said, "we didnt want that, we wanted a NEW car"... Gave us every excuse in the book as to why we should forget what we "wanted" and just go with it..."Its nice"... Bought the same model of NEW car elsewhere for cheaper... NEW... Would never recommend... Theyre Carwash is great though...

I had the nicest experience in the worst of times. The people at the counter were patient and considerate to my plight and showed a genuine concern for my vehicles issues. I believe the young gentlemens name was Prestan? Not only have you guys saved my bacon but youve also gained a customer for life.

Great experience with general manager Jamie and Josh, service manager. There professionalism goes beyond service and made me feel like I was there top priority. Never once did I feel like I was a burden but instead part of the Hertz family. Sincerely

I took my car to them to get mold removed. They charged me $250 but the car still smelled like mold and I found mold in multiple places. I took my car to someone else who got every little bit out AND the smell for $110.

My girlfriend got a 2009 4 door jeep wrangler. For 25k+ . In the first 6 days its been in the shop. But they tell her its in great shape. Go to a junk yard. Before Hertz car lot. Youll have better luck.
