I cannot express how grateful I am to Outlaw Automotive. James is the man to see. I had been ripped off from a mechanic who also tried to but my car After over quoting what it would take to fix. So they said to have it towed there and they would take a look. They stayed there even after they were closed waiting for me. They were fair and honest which I value highly. They worked hard to get the parts needed at a fair price as didnt cost me an arm and leg. It was less than the other mechanic quoted me. "The devil you know is better than the devil you dont. " was quoted to me when debating on selling it or fixing it. He couldnt have been more right. My husband loves his car and didnt want to have to buy another used car to have more unknown problems. Seriously great people and service at such a fair price.

While driving up to Seattle, my car broke down about a mile from this shop. AAA suggested I call Outlaw. Jim came to me on the highway (!!), jury-rigged a method to get the car running well-enough to drive to the shop (saving me an hours wait for a tow), diagnosed the problem right away and accurately, and had me on my way in about an hour. Jim and his shop displayed true integrity, fairness, and expertise--all to a total stranger just passing through their town. Uncommonly above and beyond!!
