Good guys. I turned on my engine w/o putting back my airflow sensor cable above my air filter housing (07 Odyssey) and it triggered check engine light. I suspected I didnt break anything and just wanted the check engine light code reset. Dealerships in the area will charge ~$100 just to look at the car. These guys heard my story and agreed that I likely didnt break anything, grabbed the code scanner, verified what I said was true and just cleared the code for me free of charge. Perhaps the dealers would have been honest and maybe not charge me either, but the point is Heaton Automotive continues to be honest folks that a lot of people at Intel working in the area have also said this. I now have first hand experience as well.

I love their no BS approach. They will tell you what is the best for you, I especially liked how they were completely honest about the repairs to my vehicle. They had the opportunity to completely overhaul a vehicle for me, which most shops would have urged me to get a bunch of repairs done to the vehicle at a huge cost, Eric Heaton said that the cost of repairs was more than what the vehicle was worth. Also I took my car to Les Schwab and the quoted me a bunch of stuff as "necessary" and Eric Heaton not only did the work, but a a better cost. I would recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. You will get a clear and honest answer and done in a timely manner.

My fiancee introduced me to Eric Heaton and his shop over 4 years ago. Since then, my old car had multiple mechanical problems. Erics always went above and beyond in repairs, and the cost is very reasonable. He has also been the sole reason for me passing through emissions tests for the past 4 years, too. Hes worked on both of our cars. I just bought a new car a few days ago, and I look forward to having him work on this one, too.

This place is great, back in December my truck puked an o-ring in the injector pump on my way to work, got it towed here since it couldnt go to my work. Since AAA wasnt towing out of town due to the weather, and I live in Washington, they were kind enough to let me park it in their lot for a week until I could get it towed, didnt charge me a dime for diagnosis or letting it sit there.

Second time going to Heaton Automotive, so I had Erics number and texted him to see if he had time to look at the breaks on my Honda Pilot. I needed them done by the end of the following day, they looked at the brakes, called me with a reasonable price, and got the work done on schedule. Will be coming back anytime I need my vehicles worked on and would recommend to others.
