I have had dance lessons at quite a few different places, including the large franchise studios and some other small local studios. At Uptown Ballroom the quality of instruction is very superior, while at the same time the cost is very reasonable. Very professional instructors that apply good learning technique combined with top notch dancing skills. There are a lot of good dance studios in Portland, but this one is my favorite.

Best dance studio in town. Leilani is such a joy to work with. We started a few years ago after watching dancing with the stars. Been taking lessons off and on since then. Absolutely love the new space, a little hard to find at first, but well worth it to be so close to home.

Lelanis Uptown Ballroom has a well-deserved reputation as being a wonderful place of quality dance instruction and social dancing. Lelani is sweet and gentle but a stickler for details.
