I started going here about 2 months ago to get back into shape and Im addicted. Everything is seriously perfect from the actual gym itself, equipment, amount of people there (you dont have to wait for anything), the personal coaching you get is outstanding. And there are just a ton of cool people who go here. Ill seriously never go back to the YMCA again, love this place!

The best gym Ive ever been to! Only $50 a month for top of the line equipment (i.e Eleiko Olympic Bars, Pendlay Bumper plates, westside power bars, etc). On top of that, all of the members and staff are awesome people and create a great training environment.

Ive been a member of the gym for 6 months now and Im faster, stronger, my mobility has improve 80% and better. Kathie is the best trainer in delco, she help me to re- define my work capacity. I recommend this gym to everyone.

Fantastic gym! Has a great variety of weightlifting/powerlifting/strongman stuff. Especially love the fact that they have Eleiko needle bars for Olympic weightlifting - havent found another place with equipment this good!

I wish I lived closer to this gym. It is an excellent facility which provides a serious effort to teach strength and barbell training for men and women.
