This is one of the friendliest boxes Ive ever been to! The coaches and members were welcoming and friendly. I travel a lot for work and dropping in can be a little intimidating, but I felt like it was my home gym. The coach was knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend CrossFit Q to locals and anyone visiting the area.
