I stopped going after I was to that the colour I wanted wouldnt be possible to achieve and I kept leaving with gold hair. I managed to get the colour I wanted myself and saved the $100+ I normally spent there. Between clarifying treatments, colour panels that washed out after just two shampoos (they werent supposed to), specifically requesting a cool silver blonde but looking like Rumplestiltskin touched my head, having a whole head of high lights done when requesting to go paler, having to go back in the same week for a touch up because they didnt get all the old purple (now green) colouring out, and constantly being late... I just think this isnt the place if youre looking for something serious done with your hair. Very friendly, but total disregard to your wishes.

Best salon ever! Lakeisha went above and beyond to make sure my ombre and haircut came out good. She took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with the look. The atmosphere is so open and welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
