Me and my 2 daughters went in for haircuts. I was charged $116!! I got a basic cut and my daughters each got trims. The gentleman who cut my hair did a great job and really took his time consulting with my daughter about her hair. One daughter requested a tiny 1/8" trim and she was very satisfied. The stylist curled her hair afterward, without consulting me. Im assuming I paid extra for this. My other daughter whom the gentleman took his time with discussing her hair- you cant even tell that it was cut! I feel like I was taken for sure. $106 for 3 haircuts, 2 of which were tiny trims, is ridiculous. Keep in mind that one daughter is under 10 as well which means hers was probably less. They say you get what you pay for- I can get the same exact cuts at a chain salon for way less! Way too expensive and definitely didnt get what I paid for!

Nice atmosphere. I was not treated professionally. This was a gift that was given to me, and it was disappointing. In fact, I should have known to leave after the consult when I wanted to cry. Besides $200 for a root touch up with highlights and a haircut is insane. And the color was really messed up. The gentleman I was passed off to was fantastic, and really listened, and gave me a great cut. He was nice and professional. And was kind enough to for me into his schedule when the girl who my appointment was with didnt have time for me. I wont be going back. I wont ever recommend them. I hope that nice guy goes somewhere else. Hes the reason theres 2 stars up there instead of one. My family felt terrible that they recommended my husband get my gift certificate there.

I just had to write about how amazing the girls are at this salon! I was new to the area and looked on google for a hair salon in the area (which totally frightened me). But the moment I walked into Split Ends, I met the nicest girls who were extremely friendly and really treated me well. My hair stylist was Devon, and she did an absolutely fantastic job on my hightlight, root touch-up and haircut...and Im usually very picky, but I LOVED IT!!!! She did the perfect color blond that I love and gave me layers without cutting too much length off my hair. I also tried my first flavored water-ice! ;) Mmmm! Thanks girls!!!

THEY ARE ABOSULTELY WONDERFUL. I had a friend attempt to do the "Nice & Easy Born Blonde" dye on my hair & it was a nightmare. I called all around trying to find a place to get my color corrected and they all said they close at 6 (it was a sunday & i was calling at 430 after i got off work) and could not do my hair. I finally called SPLIT ENDZ and she said "yeah, come right on in! thats what were here for!" They took their time & made me feel comfortable and not awkward that I made them stay almost 2 hours after closing. Devon is amazing. the entire crew is amazing. I will never go to another salon again!

Recentley 2 very talented, professional stylists Alicia and Lauren left the salon. Allthough they are no longer working there and are working at ELLE salon in Broomall, the salon is still booking appointments claiming they are still employed there! Once the customer gets there, they try to trick them into staying and get there hair done by another stylist! This is EXTREMLEY POOR buisness ethic! They should be ashamed. Very unprofessional and unfair to customers who are loyal to there stylists. It is a shame that they have to try and build buisness that way, they will wind up losing more! SAD:-(

Judy at Split Endz is an absolute gem. I moved from Broomall to Philadelphia and continue to make the drive because she is first a fantastic person and second does an excellent job with my hair! Shes great at making recommendations for cut and color that I love. I find the prices are extremely reasonable too... this is an all around great place with lovely staff. Im coming up on almost 5 years as a customer!

I was so pleased with this salon and felt so comfortable I would never go anywhere else at this point! they are always so professional. My first time here, I walked in on a holiday weekend when they were booked solid and they told me no problem and fit me right in and I was so happy with my cut and color! There is no one on their staff that I wouldnt go to! All amazing .. Thanks Split Endz!!

Had a wonderful experience @ Split Endz yesterday! I got a great haircut from Darren while surrounded by a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. He really took his time & made sure that I knew exactly what he planned to do with my hair. The prices are reasonable too. I will definitely be going back & recommending this place to others!

I started going to Split Endz for my formal dances and I got referred for their amazing updos, and I loved their creativity! Every updo was cutting edge and looked awesome! All of my friends go there and we all love it. Split Endz is up to date and their work is very professional! GREAT WORK!

I have been a customer of Judy for years. She always does a great job and is an incredibly warm and friendly person. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean and the staff is very professional. I will not go anywhere else.

Im so glad my stylist left this salon! From day one, I never felt comfortable but I love my stylist and wouldnt go anywhere else. I also called to schedule an appointment and was not told Lauren left. Good riddance, Split Endz!
