I didnt actually get to use this salons services because they were so rude on the phone. I have never called a salon and had someone so unwilling to help a potential new customer. I wanted to get my highlights redone and asked what they had available this week. I was rudely told that they only schedule appointments 3-4 weeks in advance. That was it. No friendly voice ...no Im sorry for the inconvenience...no we might have cancellations.... just we cant help you. I thought I would give this newer business a try, but no I dont want someone who is so rude with their customers doing my hair.

I was going to see if I can get an appointment here but after reading reviews and the owners awful responses Im going to pass obviously no one is named "yellow bird" so to assume its fake review is rude and Ive never gone to a business where someone didnt apologize for not being able to provide assistance. Maybe as the owner you should consider posting on your site BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY NO WALKINS or RESERVATION REQUIRED. Im sure you probably do amazing work but just off reviews I can tell you give horrible customer service.

She cut it way to short. I cried for days.
