We are a returning customer to Mr. Rooter, run by Agentis Plumbing. The Mr. Rooter crew, run by Agentis Plumbing, are really clean-cut, professional, knowledgeable, capable technicians completing the job with a good attitude and willing disposition comprehensive and effective treatment of the problem, and reasonable cost. The family owned business will get our plumbing work from now on. Mr. Rooter delivered everything we could have hoped to receive when they repaired our kitchen sink double and installed a new toilet. The office and marketing staff helped us remove a review on the Rotor Rooter web site we placed there in error. Technician’s Matt S and Don completed 3 separate plumbing jobs in the last week. 1. Repaired a leaking kitchen sink double drain 2. Repaired a leaking feed line (valve shut off) 3. Install a Gerber Avalanche toilet We are very happy with Mr. Rooter and the work the technicians have done for us. I received my advance call stating that the plumber was on his way. Shortly thereafter Matt showed up, dressed neatly, and he listened to the problems I was having, entered the info into his tablet. He then proceeded to evaluate the problems and came back with a estimate of the charges and what he was going to do. Very helpful so that you know if you can afford to have the repairs done. After an ok, Matt went to work on each of the problems and finished them in great time. Advised us that it was all fee based on the repairs which left us knowing exactly what it would cost and that these fees were the same whether it was night, weekend or holiday. Comforting fact if you have an emergency. Extremely happy with their approach to the customer and the type of workers they employ. Again, extremely happy and would use them again.

It was a "plumbing" week!! Monday Mason resolved my issues with a laundry drain that kept overflowing and a toilet with blocked jets. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. He totally cleaned up the area, better than when he arrived. Then over the weekend, the toilet flush lever broke. So, of course, I called Agentis!! Although they were very busy with emergency calls, they worked me into their schedule. Matt came and quickly fixed the issue. He too provided the same excellent service!! Mr. Rooter S. Agentis is my plumber of choice. From customer service to scheduling to service technicians to management, there is a team effort put forth to provide quality service to your satisfaction. I wont call anyone else!!!!

We had a pipe break in our basement around 5:30PM. We made three calls to our regular plumber but did not get any response. We looked in the phone book and found Agentis Plumbing. Having lived in Bethlehem most of our lives, we are familiar with the name. We called the answering service and Jason called us right away. He said he would be there in 20 minutes but arrived in 10. He was polite, fixed the pipe and noticed that our hose to the washing machine had a leak. He fixed that and didnt charge for the hose. The repair was done quickly and the cost was much less than expected. I think we found a new plumber!!

The sewer line from my house disintegrated and needed to be replaced. Had Mr. Rooter/Agentis plumbing and their excavator Bethlehem Excavating came in to do the job. They proved themselves to be totally professional from start to finish. They were very careful to try to minimize the impact to mine and my next door neighbors yards. They had us back in operation on the first day and finished the whole installation in 2 days. They were very picky about cleaning up the whole area when they finished. They are a Grade A outfit!! I would recommend them to anyone with home plumbing issues.

We had a pipe burst. The technician (Chad) who came out to diagnose and fix the broken pipe was beyond professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything he needed to do, as well as showing us the problem. And gave us some very helpful tips as well. Chad was very polite, respectful and personable and if we need other services in the future and it was allowed, wed request him. Had what we thought was a small leak but with old pipe, who knows. Bret came out, reviewed the situation and explained what was needed. He then sent us a quote which was in the expected range. We scheduled the work. Matt came out to do the job. He gave us a time estimate which was pretty close. He did a great job and was also very nice. Everything is in working order and we are quite pleased with the quality of the work and the friendliness of the staff. This is the third or fourth time we have used Argentis and have been happy each time.

Another firm recommended that I replace the sewer line - house to street for $7K plus. A friend suggested that I get a second opinion from Agentis / Mr. Rooter. The Mr. Rooter rep. Steve Smith arrived at my house on time, did a camera inspection and had me view it along with him. It revealed that there was NO problem between the house and the street. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful and discussed my options. Agentis will be my go to for service in the future.

My first experience with S Agentis Plumbing. James was very polite, and told us what had to be done, and he did it in a most professional way. I asked if he could be here as early as 8.00am , as I had a house show at noon. He was here at 8.15 am, even tho I learned later that he didnt get to bed before 2.00am, because he had an emergence call. Can you ask for more from this kind man. I think not. Had a messy water problem in basement. Called another plumber who could not diagnose problem. $275 wasted. Called Agentis/Mr Rooter and their technician Martin G arrived early the next day. He diagnosed problem in a very short time and 90 minutes later the problem was solved. The solution was quick, the price agreed upon before the work reasonable, the technician great and a 90 day service guarantee on the repairs. Great job!

The technician stayed with an issue that he could have easily pushed off to the municipality to fix.
