I have nothing but the best experiences with this company. I have two service contracts--one for heat and one for cooling. They come out for the heater 2-3 times a year for me--sometimes less sometimes more. I have a really old furnace and something always goes wrong with it. Yet they gladly replace a part here and there. They keep it humming. Never do they pressure me to get a new unit. They come out in the middle of the night, in the morning, afternoon. You call and they come--smiling. Always professional. They even put booties on their shoes when they enter the home. 12 years now Ive used them. Just the best. If I do get a new furnace--and I will someday-- they would get the job no question.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this company for 2 days and they keep telling me the person left for the day and she will call me back tomorrow. Well surprise no phone call was returned from the person that schedules, after the phone person told me they sent her an email and also called her. Why would I want to deal with a company that doesnt even want to schedule and appointment for service. This was a bad sign. Anyway I Googled vent cleaning and called CleanAir Vent. Person picked up the phone instantly and made an appointment to come out to the house in Media immediately, did not need to wait for a return phone call to schedule for 2 days that I never came.

An absolute disgrace. Thousands of dollars of heating equipment from this company, live in Villanova, move into the house and it doesnt work. Call them at midday on Saturday Feb 11 and 6 calls later the same response..........someone is on their way. It is now 8pm. Will take it all the way as apparently we have 4 new systems in a large house that were recently put in by Serice Mark and worst part have 3 young children who are unable to function without full ski suit on. Unless we receive support, we will keep communicating as far and as wide as we can.

We have used ServiceMark ever since it was Sherwood in Wyndmoor in 1970. In 45 years, we have found them to be honest, prompt, dependable, available, pleasant, courteous and capable. They come when called, come when they say, and are always able to fix the problem, usually on the first visit. We get the twice yearly maintenance to avoid problems and it works. We intend to stay with them as long as they are around.

This is an AC service company you can trust. My newly installed AC does not hold temperature well. The contractor cannot fix the problem. We found SeviceMark by google. They fixed the problem in couple of hours after my phone call. Reasonable price and quality work. I will call then next time if needed and recommend to my friends.

The initial individual (Dan) who I was dealing with just gave me a run around-didnt return calls,didmt call me back when he said he would...I then talked to his supervisor who told me immediately when my unit would be installed and was very professional.
