If you have anything valuable in your home, do not use this company! I had a $2,000 watch stolen from my home while the owners son, Ken Daniels Jr. (who is addicted to herion I came to find out) was doing a tiolet and sink install in my powder room. When I called the company to complain, the secretary and I had a 10 minute conversation about the owners sons drug problem and that he looks high when she sees him around the workplace. Not to mention I am trying to get receipts for the work performed so I can keep official record of services performed on my home and the owner Ken Daniels Sr will not even return my phone calls because he is I guess just very ignorant! And there is still $300 worth of service to be done that has not been addressed by them! Ken Daniels Sr Said he would get back to me in regards to the remaining work that has to be completed that his son was paid for and he said he would look into it. Almost 2 months later I have heard nothing and he must screen his cell phone calls because the only time he picked up my cell phone was when I blocked my number before calling him. Burnside plumbing is a poor excuse for a Business and little do they know they have a nice little lawsuit coming their way! Good luck with your ignorance Burnside! Yall should be real proud of yourselves!

I called Burnside Plumbing after a frozen pipe ruptured in our downstairs family room ceiling. They responded immediately and were at my front door within an hour. Their timely response helped to avoid further damage and their courteousness and kindness were reassuring following this experience which did a fair amount of damage. Their return call to repair the pipe was also timely in the midst of what has been a busy winter season The technician was very helpful and took time to explain the repairs as well as steps that were needed to avoid further difficulty with this pipe.

WHAT A WONDERFULL PLUMBING COMPANY,last friday i discovered my water heater had spung a leak and was starting to flood my basement.I called my regular plumber who showed up 3hours later.He told me he could replace the water heater on monday for $1200.00.After talking to my neighbor,she reccommend Ward B.Burnside co.Within an hour Bob arrived and checked the water heater,he informed me that the water heater was still under factory warranty and he could replace it right away.Two hours later I had a new water heater,AND A NEW PLUMBER.......thanks again
