We had an iron problem in our well water and needed to remedy this. We didnt want a system that used harsh chemicals or required a lot of equipment or maintenance. We interviewed quite a few water treatment companies and considered all the possibilities. As you can imagine the prices were all over the place. Some of the company representatives didnt leave us feeling warm and fuzzy and it was obvious that water treatment was not what they did most of the time. Almost every company tried to sell us every piece of equipment they could think of, one even tried to sell us two iron filters for peace of mind, how bogus. When Sean from Schulers showed up he looked at the same water report everybody else did and recommended a one tank iron filter and said it would do the whole job and was the only piece of equipment we would need. We were a little skeptical, but he said the work and product was guaranteed. Sean worked with us on our payment issues and in a few weeks the work was done. It only took one day as promised and the new water report came back good. No more smell and no more stains. What a great company to do business with. They were not the cheapest but they proved to be the most knowledgeable and the best value. A good clean job overall and good people from top to bottom. I would recommend Schulers to my mother.

We just had a new toilet installed yesterday and we were very happy with the service from Schulers. The technician, Deron Hockman, did come later than expected, but we were given updates so that wasnt an issue. I realize that planning the technicians day can be tricky as unexpected issues may arise so the updates made it a bit easier to plan my day. Once he arrived, he was courteous and efficient. He had the new toilet installed in less time than anticipated. He kept everything clean and upon leaving, reminded me that there is a warranty on the new toilet. Schulers also does something that I never would have thought to request - they send a picture of the technician to you before he/she arrives. That way you know you are letting the correct person into your house. I really liked this security feature that they implemented. Also, they service prior to the installation was great. They were able to give us a quote prior to coming to coming out. We wanted a dual flush toilet installed but due to the smaller size of our bathroom, I thought that might not be possible. They found one to make it work. We are very happy that we chose Schulers Service. I would highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone!! We had a leaking water heater.It was only a year and a half old.Called Sears they said we needed a plumber because it was not the water heater but a pressure problem in our water system.I called several places I had used before .But all were too busy to come for days they said.So we looked on Angies list and found Schuler Services.They had Great reviews.So we thought we would try them.They sent a really nice man named Steve out the same day! He checked out the problem .We needed a new bigger expansion Tank and a new valve for our water heater.He gave us a quote of $174.VERY reasonable! The other 2 companies gave us quotes of $315 lowest up to $700 highest!Steve drained our home of water and put a new bigger expansion tank in and a valve on the water heater.He was very friendly and very efficient.He was also very knowledgeable .He even took the time to explain the piping in the basement to my husband.I am so glad that the other 2 did not have time for us.I never would have found this great company otherwise!! I will always use them for all my plumbing needs from now on! You cant go wrong with this company

I needed my entire bathroom overhauled. I called Schuler Plumbing and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Rick Shellhammer did a fantastic job. He gutted my bathroom down to the studs and there was absolutely no mess anywhere when he was done. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the process. I was kept informed what was going on and Rick went above and beyond making everything absolutely perfect. He took those "extra" steps to protect my home laying down runners everywhere he went. You wouldnt have even known he was here when he left. The tile shower and floor came out beautifully. Will, from Best Painting, was quite clean and efficient and did a great job painting. The entire job, which was a big one, was done with the utmost care. I would recommend Schulers Plumbing to anyone who wants the job done right. Schulers is not the cheapest youll find but Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I would say they are worth every penny I spent. I absolutely LOVE my bathroom.

This past winter, our heat pipes froze and broke in many locations. The service man was prompt but not very professional, lots of swearing and complains about being sent out late in the day. Because of the severity, they had to come back a second day to finish the job, which we understood, but on the second day, they told us the housing around our water filter had cracked, and instead of repairing it, or even offering to replace it, they simply cut it out and spliced in a plane pipe, so our water system is intact but we have no filter. UPDATE: Schuler Service did contact us, and they were polite and prompt, they offered to replace the water filter system for free and apologized that no one had followed up after the last visit. They had a serviceman out the next day and now we he our water filter again! I am very impressed with the courtesy, dedication to customer satisfaction and speed with which Schuler service responded. If we have plumbing problems in the future, I will be calling them.

05/13/14, Steve Kroope came out to our facility for a domestic hot water supply line that was leaking on our lead boiler. Steve was very sharp looking in his appearance and made a great first impression with his positive attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful , professional, and efficient in his work. When Steve ran into a few unforeseen problems while completely his work he knew just what to do to quickly resolve all issues and Steve was very eager and determined to do everything the right way and not just do a quick fix job. Steve stayed on scene and worked diligently even as the job took him beyond the normal work day . I have been in the maintenance field for over 8yrs and I was all around thoroughly impressed with him ,his performance attention to detail, workmanship, and positive demeanor. I would highly recommend and welcome Steve back to our facility anytime.

Drew, thank you so much for your professionalism and help in getting my frozen pipe fixed and my water running again. My water pipe freeze Sunday night, 1/5/2014, when the temp went below zero. I called Geo Kohler first to check my boiler, and they are the one who saw where my pipes froze and burst. Randy, the owner of Geo Kohler, advised and recommended Schulers for my plumbing problems. I called Schulers on Tuesday morning and Ive been told I was customer no. 38! Drew came the next day and after fixing the pipe that burst on top of my boiler, Drew finds out that another pipe in my guest bedrooms baseboard heater also burst. Drew didnt think he can fixed my baseboard pipes as he is not familiar with the boiler. After getting instructions on the phone, he didnt just fixed my pipe, he also drain my boiler, fill it up and get my heat and water running again. Thank you Drew! Youre great!
